I was here around 9:20ish, Feb 27th and this is the worst experience at this location I ever had. Usually this is my favorite. Now I know who works at varies hours. I had ordered a specialty shake with my order because I had a free reward. It didn't accept and I asked can they take the shake cost off. Everything went fine, so I thought. I'm not sure if they were being funny with me because I no longer wanted the shake but my burger is crisp burnt. I have the pictures to prove it.

This is a new experience as Steak and Shake is now contact free inside. Customers order from a kiosk, seat themselves and when the food is ready they call out y6name or order number. Actually a great way to order as it only took my husband 5 minutes to order food for 3 and ready in 7 minutes. Btw you throw away your own trash, no more reusable dishes etc.

Our food was $20, but the quality didn't stand up to the monetary value. I ordered ahead and waited the 15 minutes that the app said. I then went inside and waited another 5 to be acknowledged. Then another 10+ for the food to come out subpar and with no apology for the delay. My money would have been much better spent elsewhere.

I always love the food here. Nice hot fries. I had the hot dog for the first time and I was impressed! Milkshakes are always amazing. Make sure to try their onion rings too!

Only reason I would recommend Steak 'n Shake is for their milkshakes. If you're looking for a place to eat, there are much better options in the same plaza or right down the street.

NEVER order delivery through a third party. When It did come, it was hours late and cold. Tried again another day and got cancelled after waiting for an hour and a half. Too slow, food isn't good, and wait times are ridiculous for cheap food. Not Uber eats' fault because I watched multiple drivers try to get it through the drive through and leave without it.

i go here often cus it’s one of the few places open late at night and it’s always slow, something is always missing or food is wrong and 90% drive through workers are angry/negative. do not recommend.

Their air conditioner is broke and it was very hot in the restaurant. The workers are not attentive to the customers now that you have to use the kiosk.
