Wendy's

Had the BEST Wendy's experience today. The most polite ladies rang me up. Hannah was training an employee (don't know the employee's name that was training) but both Hannah and the trainee were so sweet. The trainee rang me up correctly, quickly, and held a nice conversation with me. Food was hot and delicious. Thank you Hannah and the trainnee for awesome service.

If you have some place to be don’t go here. They’re SLOW! That being aside, everyone has an off day. What did bother me on principle: they asked if I wanted cheese in my chili I said no. They add anyway and I asked the girl to take it off. The manager walked over and added it again, the girl said that’s I didn’t want that. Then the manager said, I just usually add it to everyone anyway. Anyways, good is good, budget about 25-30 minutes for drive thru

I don’t say this lightly, I think this may be the slowest Wendy’s in Mississippi. Mobile ordering doesn’t make anything faster; and certainly doesn’t give you priority. I also realize it’s a high stress workplace, I work in an equally fast paced, quick-service environment- but I feel like their team needs better direction as a whole. A select few employees seem to be overwhelmed daily, and can be moderately rude to customers. But damn, are those breakfast sandwiches tasty af. Wendy’s, do better. Your food is quality. Your structure leaves much to be desired.
