The smoked meats are amazing! All the food I’ve had here was amazing! I really like the outdoor seating area (Root Down Beirgarden) and like that they have local craft beer due to their partnership with Root Down. They also have other beers outside of just Root Down which can be nice if you’re local and have tried a lot of the beers already.
Great place, aligned with Root Down Brewery. Vegan BBQ options, as well as regular BBQ. VERY GOOD! Vegan "pork" rinds and BBQ jackfruit pictured.
The Mexican street corn was the best I ever had! Let's get to those meats! We had the brisket, smoked chicken and pulledpork. All cooked well, not dried out, the BBQ we chose today was Kansas City sauce, just right! Crab hush puppies delicious only made better with the home made dipping sauce, A Mazing! I will skip the potato salad too bland for my taste, I also like my potatoes softer. Very friendly & attentive staff. Bathrooms very clean as well as the rest of the property. I felt safe & happy environment. Will definitely be back with more visitors! Thanks guys! Well done!
This is the real deal BBQ! Uncle B's is the BBQ bomb, dishing up southern styled goodness right in the PXV! Whether visiting his shack or when they're catering an event the quality is always consistent and taste is out of this world… and you gotta try the Alabama white sauce!

Went here for a date night as we wanted to also try out the Root Down Brewing beer garden. The food was great. The nacho platter was smokey and satisfying, and the brisket, which can sometimes be too dry for my tastes, was smoked properly and nice and moist. While my wife wasn't huge on the beans, they're more of a refried style, I thought they were fantastic. Definitely go check it out, and grab some beer while you're at it.
Great bque Sammie's and fried pickles, skip the fries. Be sure to enjoy the fabulous Root Down brews. Plenty of space outdoors and inside
