I can't get enough of this place. Great American pub in Phoenixville is absolutely tremendous. Every time I visit the staff is courteous, and goes out of their way to make sure our experience is top notch. Chef John Sakos's creations are amazing! Not only is this place a great place to eat, but it's also first class when your looking for a place to hold a private function. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Absolute perfection, Reuben was world class and garden vegetable pizza to die for a flavor explosion. Megan was very sweet and a excellent server.
Nice family friendly restaurant with decent food and okay drinks. We like to go here with the kids and sit outside. Also has private rooms upstairs with a private bar which is great for showers and rehearsal dinners. Food is not the best thing is the world but it's good!
Great spot always evolving. Unique vegan and gluten free options. I had gluten free vegan pancakes today for brunch made with chick pea flour and wild berry syrup, delicious! Best outdoor seating anywhere!
Beautifully redone historic restaurant in downtown phoenixville. They have a tastey menu and smoke ALL their own meets (which are all delicious) friendly staff, especially the bar, and Paul is great too. Food is A+ with big portions, ask for the bbq platter (a secret) amazing homemade sweet potato fries (not gf) and super accommodating for tricky diets (great at making vegan, vegetarian, or GF dish changes) by far best outdoor dining on the swing canopies, and they boast DJs or live trios on the weekends either upstairs or down. I'd totally have a banquet on the second floor btw, if not just to ride the elevator.
Their food came to the table LIGHTNING fast. I've never been more thrilled about extremely quick food. It was perfect, server was efficient and nice. The vibe/atmosphere is not kid oriented. Great spot to go for a quick meal and drinks. Love the size of the establishment and the different rooms for your eating experience to be different. Thank you 💖 Will definitely return.
Super fun atmosphere, hard working & friendly staff, & AMAZING Philly Cheesteak Spring Rolls! Will be back as often a possible! Especially looking forward to coming back when it's warmer- the outside dining area looked so cool!
We had a great meal and our server, Paige, couldn't have been better! We have been there many times. It is always a nice experience, but today was the best!
Great food, brews, and really nice servers. This is a gem of a food experience. We sat outside in covered glider tables and ordered fish tacos and brisket fries to share with our friends. Awesome.
Every town needs a place like the Great American Pub! Phoenixville is quite the little under-the-radar secret the Philly metro and this place just has such a nice vibe. Historic-looking pub with abundant bar and table space, it is friendly and inviting. AND, this is what I need to share with y’all, the “Bridge Street Burger” is one of the best burgers I have had anywhere and I have had many burgers. A half-pound burger with pepper jack cheese, capicola ham (see, literally a “ham”burger) and peppers, well, all I can say is that I was quite dazzled!
Great old Phoenixville place. When the mill was still around it was the best steak place in the area. Don't know the bartender's name in the back but she is probably the best I've ever had in Phoenixville.
Besides the unwelcoming hostess, a solid spot for some good grub and drinks. We got there around 4:30 - was asked if we had a reservation, which we did not, but before seating us she told us that we could only be there for an hour since there was some reservation at 6 PM. I've been a hostess and a waitress and would have never spoken like that to any customers coming out to eat. Our waitress was more than helpful - she provided us paper menus as it wasn't pulling up on our phones, she was apologetic for the wait for our drinks/meal, and came to check on us pretty frequently. Portions were plentiful, though a little pricey, all in all a good experience.
