I super appreciate the young man working the register today - as he turned my frown upside down. Seriously i was annoyed with the online ordering process for not allowing me to use a coupon/reward & he smiled & said no problem we can take care of that. Super friendly & engaging. Honestly it completely changed how I was feeling about if I would order from Chipotle again. Food was great as well.

This is the chipotle I frequent and I am constantly impressed by the quality of food and service. I’m leaving this review on Halloween as the staff was absolutely slammed and handled issues with the iPhone app (out of their control) and many impatient costumers with grace and kindness. Rob, the manager, particularly impressed me. He was quick to accommodate customers that were waiting on food and tackled each issue with kindness. He kept his staff composed and happy and I was very impressed!

I always have a good experience at this location. Staff is kind and always helpful. Service industry is so difficult to work in and this staff deals with the public every day. Thanks for being in our neighborhood and for the fresh ingredients and god service. My mom is over 80 and her palate is limited but she enjoys the food here and so do we.

I visited a couple weeks ago in mid afternoon, I ordered a simple bowl to go, the two young women at the front, one who was preparing my bowl and the other who rang me up were very friendly, courteous, helpful, and had a great attitude from start to finish. I can appreciate that as I have worked in customer service which make no mistake is no simple task by the way. They're friendly demeanor made for a very welcoming experience, I hope to come back very soon!

This is our neighborhood lunch spot. My husband and I love walking to it and grabbing a great meal.
