I have never had a problem here. I've read the other bad reviews and I think they are fake. Iv been getting pizza here for 10y and always loved it. Today I had bbq chicken and onion. Loved it! Thanks!

This is a top PJ location with great service by Marcus and Connie.
My zesty three cheese on the new parmigian crust was superb and a lot of pizza. The double chocolate brownies are also A+.
Highly recommended and fast, friendly service.

I usually order a papdino or boneless wings or garlic knots. I saw the commercial for NY style pizza which is my favorite so I ordered one for delivery. The delivery person just handed me the box that was NOT in a bag warmer. My pizza was COLD, and there was barely any cheese on it. IT IS HORRIBLE!! So I called the store and spoke with the manager. My delivery person was NOT a regular Papa John's deliverer but a door dash deliverer who probably delivered other food before mine and did not have the proper bag to keep my pizza warm. So the manager made me a new pizza and had a Papa John's deliverer bring it to me. This Papa John's is AWESOME!!!

Slow delivery, at least 1hr 30 minutes from order at the time of this writing and order was not complete. This has happened multiple times or they forget to bring pieces of the order. I would not recommend ordering from this branch if possible or use another pizza chain.
Raised review stars to 5, they have gotten much better in delivery times. Have had no issues in a while.

(EDITED) I ordered for the first time since the incident below. I spoke with the new GM and omg he was super nice and apologetic. I will definitely be ordering again. My order was correct and on time and the driver was so nice and apologized once again. I’m so happy to be able to order from my favorite pizza place again!
My order is wrong every time unless I order during the day when one female manager is working. Ian is super defensive and gets my order wrong then forgets things you asked for. Ask to speak with the GM and he’ll tell you he is the GM assistant and the GM will not do anything different. Won’t tell you when you can call to speak to someone else. I order delivery two pizzas, garlic knots and a Pepsi. I asked for nacho cheese with all three. There was zero cheese and garlic butter with the pizzas that was smashed and exploded all over one. I called and they said they will either send out a new pizza or give me credit for the whole order for next time, I chose the credit. Ian refused to fulfill what they said and was awful. Said well the GM will give you the same answer, one free pizza. I called corporate and they said the GM will call me. Nope emailed me saying one free pizza and when I emailed back zero response.

I didn’t even actually get my pizza from here but I couldn’t be more happy with the excellent customer service I received. I had placed my order at this location on accident instead of the one nearest me and when I called to tell them I was sorry the manager, Ian, was very understanding and very nice. He transferred my order and assured me it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks again!
