Young lady at drive-through window. Outstanding customer service. I ordered 4 tacos, no lettuce, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 bagel stacked, and got to the window. Paid waited, young lady came back asked if could pill forward made the tacos wrong. No big deal, 2 with lettuce and 2 without an associate, tried to give me a coupon for free curly fries. Just for the gesture, much appreciated on the effort, food was still great 👍 couldn't have asked for a better experience. Didn't catch her name I think but don't quote me Glasses possibly Hispanic. 12/02/2023 around 0845pm

Service was slow. Late at night, but still. It took almost ten minutes in the drive thru
Hot, fresh food! Ordered special requests... everything came out right. Takes EBT too, in drive thru also. Employee was fairly friendly. Will mark to come back to.
The sandwich was good and the fries were hot. Service was fast and friendly
Overall customer service was the best in the morning food was fresh for me. Will go again

Fast Jbox and usually serves milkshakes after 10PM! Highly recommend to anyone in Phoenix!

I love jack in the crack there food and customer service is always good. And hay if you love jacks tacos then order your tacos with extra lettuce they will make fresh ones for you. works every time
