Review Mcdonald's - Phoenix

The iced coffee have not been as good as they usually are. But the Fraps are still good there. Would have given 5 stars, but like I said earlier, the iced coffees are different. I'm not sure if they changed brands of coffee. they just don't taste the same. I usually get 2 or 3 a week.

We had to pull around to wait for our order. We waited about 20 minutes and then were missing our sauces. I went in to ask them for sauces, and they were very dimissive. I had to wait another 5 minutes. They tried to give me 4 sauces for 40 nuggets, and they weren't even the ones I'd asked for. I told them I would need more sauce than that for 40 nuggets. They again handed me 4 more random sauces.

I love eating here with my family, the workers are nice. There was this one worker who’s named Mia and she is very nice and caring, she has lots of patience, I asked her what to get here and she recommended everything! Ha🤣😜 I love this place, Would recommend!

Used my app to collect on a free food item. It was easy to order online and pickup was quick and easy. Food was hot and pretty fresh as far as fast food goes. Clean atmosphere and employee that gave me my pick up order was nice

Decent place. The drive thru stays busy and they still manage to get you in and out quickly. The ladies in the morning are especially attentive and I've never had any issues with my food except the 'sugar free iced coffee' runs out a lot but still the only McDonald's I go to near my house

I will never go back, I go try to order a mccafe was told that I couldn't that or anything other then a shake at this time no reason why just that I couldn't order it. Never once did they offer anything else or say why I had to ask and when I asked I felt like I was bothering them so no I won't be going back and I may never go back to any McDonald's again because I've been having issues with a lot of McDonald's lately

I really only like the night staff. Because they play the good music and have the better attitude to people.

I think they should get 6.50 pay to match the unprofessional service they display

I'd give less than 1. The drug use, heroin and Meth, in the bathrooms is atrocious

I go to this McDonalds its not too far from my house I mainly go at night to get iced coffee on the way to work I don't like to go in the morning because there's just one lady at the drive thru window she has a really nasty attitude I' not saying it is toward black white or Mexican because I don't know but I've heard a few other people say the older lady in the m not orning has a bad attitude so anyway I always ask for extra crispy hash brown for my grandbabies this morning she handed it to me and it was barely done so i ask her to cook it longer she goes it's fresh you take i her i need it cooked longer she snatched the bag so hard my fingernail rip the bag so i asked for my money back she call the manager he came with a attitude and my money i explaining to him what happened basically he was like have a nice rolling his eyes so it went from there on of them call me the B word in Spanish so we exchange words he kept saying the B word I got out of the drive thru parked and went in to get his name the one with the two earrings so he runs up to the counter like he was going to do something so I walked up to the counter and asked him what was the problem was so when he seen that I wasn't scared of him he start walking back to do what he was doing saying have a nice day have a nice day so I called corporate McDonalds nobody returned my call but those people at that McDonalds is rude but I bet he'll think again before he call a five foot two female out of her name because I walked right up to him he backed up

This is to all McDonalds because you have crappy customer service and you have wronged a veteran with your pathetic little lawsuit I can no longer eat at any of your restaurants. I know I am not the first to boycott you and I hope I will not be the last one to do it. I hope you lose and end up going out of business.

They have the worst customer service ever they do not deserve any stars but that's the only way you can comment on this site. Having the phone number is a joke because they do not answer the phone. They want a increase in pay but can't seem to get a simple order correct. When there are servicemen and women putting their lives on the line for our freedom and they dont make 15:00 dollars a hour. This has happened to us a number of times. Guess we'll start going to a different location.

I had an horrible experience at McDonald's in Phoenix AZ on 83 ave and Indian school the accociate by the name of Patricia who is the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life experiences anything like this harassment I endured tonight. She obviously was having a bad night and took it out on her customers. The car behind us order items and had canceled the order at the last minute the associate came to the window and stated I should make you guys pay for everything you ordered for making my workers make your food. She clearly got the wrong car and I addressed her by stating you talking too the wrong ones and her own employee advised her the same thing she then apologized very rude. I asked her her name and she got very defensive and argued with me. She then called me ignorant and told the employees too cancel my MF orange juice due too the fact I advised her that I was going to call corporate on her. Who ever is this ladies boss needs too address her attitude quickly. Again her name was Patricia she is an older white woman with red hair. She works late night at McDonald's on 83 ave Indian school road in Phoenix AZ I then called too speak with someone above her she told me there wasn't obviously there is always some one above another boss. I will never ever visit that store or any other McDonald's due too poor customer service. It's bet sad that you on employee had too tell there own boss there wrong. I do want too thank the employee jasmine who assisted me and gave me the appropriate information. I have never in my life been called ignorant. All in all she is a sad case of customer service...
