Last night at work was a late night for me and I wasn’t able to pick up my order until 15min before close. Usually when this happens to me at other places I get old stale food and horrible service like I’ve inconvenienced their entire day. The gentleman who was at the takeout window tonight 11/3 was over the top polite and my food came out hot and fresh. Great job to the team tonight, I know it was late but they didn’t show any frustration (that I could see 😂) and that’s amazing service in my opinion.

This is my go to fast food restaurant I go to all of them at least once a month But I go here once a week McDonald's across the street has closed its dinning area I enjoy just sitting and enjoying my meal Lots of homeless stop by They've got a way of handling them without causing too much hassle I enjoy there rewards program and discounts The crew is outstanding People move quickly in line and their food is prepared fast Everyone is working hard Not like McDonald's where I see people just trying to look busy

It is a reasonably good place. Good workers etc. It is on my bus route so I stop there for convenience. I do like the dressing, like a Mayonaise, that they use on hamburgers, but it is still a FAST FOOD place. Nothing good or bad about the store. It's pretty non descriptive. There are better hamburgers but not in your REGULAR places. Food has lost quality in most all places. Profit is more important than Quality. Quality is hard to find in a grocery store.
Costs are pushing everyone away.

My order was taken promptly and the meal was served without much delays. Ate the doubke whopper with cheese, topped with pickles and tomato. Enjoy while hot. Drive thru available.
