Super chill and casual place to grab a great cup of tea with extremely friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended!
I had an amazing first experience coming in early ťo Cha Chas this morning for coffee that is #SuperDelicious and brewed cup by cup! The owner Ashley is so inspirational whereas she kept her composure when some psyco followed me in screaming, "Do you even know who Alexander Hamilton is! " i am a big Dunkin Donuts fan ~so having said that Cha Chas coffee is on a high level like Phils Petes and Starbucks
Adorably quaint tea shop in Downtown Phoenix. This place is knows tea! They had a huge selection to choose from and each flavor comes with its own steeping instructions. I had the blueberry matcha with oat milk. It was just sweet enough and the blueberry didn’t overpower the matcha. The seats near the window are the perfect place to work remotely for a while, highly recommend.
I love that Cha Chas is a late-night friendly and relaxing place. It used to feel very homey, but the new renovations make it seem less so. They have a large bar now that dominates the space, getting rid of half the seating, and got rid of all the cute things they used to sell like tea sets, tea blends, and pins. There's also less of the plant entry way setup that I felt was so welcoming. I'm glad they kept the two window setting areas and hope that never changes. Maybe once they've settled in with the new bar setup, it will feel more cozy. Hoping for the best because I truly do love this spot which is why I still rate it so high.
I love teas💚First tea place I’ve ever been too and got the kava calm . Environment is chill and loved the atmosphere. It’s so relaxing just sitting there chatting it up and got to sit by a window . The parking is in the back of the building
Plenty of street parking available, takes cash and card and serves food during the day and Tea till close. There are some cool seats in the windows sills, but otherwise a few two-tops line the walls with some comfy chairs to complement them. The music is chill and the ambience is great! And what a unique place...where else will give you free tea for simply picking up some trash from Grand Ave? It's this kind of stuff that's lacking in this world! Plus, the tea is DELICIOUS and thoughtfully steeped/brewed. There is a great selection available on the boards, but they also have a "build your own tea" area with lots of cool options to choose from. Not a tea expert? Totally fine, just ask all the questions you want, as the staff is friendly and ready to help. Plus, they're open late on weekends! Really dig this cool and unique space both for their tea and food offerings as well as the creativity and love for the community. Please swing by when you're in the area--definitely recommended!
Just wanted to come back here and add that today I had the frittata with arugula salad and "seedy toast" and it was delicious!
Absolutely wow. Quaint, peaceful, hip artistic little spot with an extensive matcha and tea menu. We ordered shakshuka hummus and the mcGregore from the all day breakfast and both were some of the yummiest things I've eaten in a while! We also got the matcha coconut rose latte and golden milk with cold brew, both great. It's mostly vegan with some dairy/egg options. Plenty of parking, seating options, but the vibe is the best. If I'm ever back in phoenix I'll make sure to revisit!
My wife and I wanted a late night (9pm is late for us) coffee with pastries. We looked up a couple of coffee shops and came across this cute space. To begin with our experience, the hours are wrong online, they have new hours posted on their door. I'm not sure if it was because we came in 15 min before closing but the lady at the cashier seemed to be rushing us in a rude way. We ordered our drinks, I ordered a dirty Chai with oatmilk and my wife ordered their "earth day" (matcha with coldbrew). We have a habit of ordering our drinks with light ice only because regular ice tends to melt quick and dilute the flavor. Turns out this shop charges .50 more for light ice. I never understood why shops do that. We also ordered a couple of pastries, a pumpkin muffin and an oreo donut. They were good but nothing special. We also tried their coffee cake but again, nothing special. The shop itself is warm and inviting but I wasn't impressed with anything we ordered. I'm not sure if I'll be back.
While enjoying Grand Avenue Unification we stopped in for tea at Cha Cha's. Fantastic! I had a Green Desert Palmer (an iced beverage) that was tasty: matcha+green tea+hibiscus lemonade. I loved Cha Cha's and will definitely go back!
Delicious food and sweet staff,
It did take a bit of time to actually order but drinks were made fresh after ordering so that was to be expected.

Extremely high quality tea. I would definitely come back if in town again. Great vibe and environment. A tad pricey but a great experience
The cha cha’s tea Lounge is my second time here, and I will be coming back! I have been looking for a healthy alternative to replace my coffee cravings, and the teas here are the ones. The range of teas and matcha drinks, hot or iced, is endless. The flavor combination is exquisite. You can create your own blend of tea with the available loose tea leaves they have in stock. They will blend your tea creation to make your drink. The first time I came here, I got the vanilla rose latte iced with oat milk and agave syrup, which was delicious! This time I got the sick puppy hot tea with natural honey because my throat felt a bit icky; the warmth of the tea helped smooth my throat, which made it feel better. The lounge area has a calmness to it with the natural plants surrounding the cafe, which is a great place to rest and relax and enjoy a great cup of tea.
