Soj Kabob Express

Amazing food and great staff! I used to come here often when it was from previous owner. The place does look bare BUT I'm here for the food. The owner gave us free lentil soup while waiting for our order and it was so0o GOOD! Overall the staff was friendly. The beef and chicken shawarma and both were pretty tasty. It's such a nice change to have here in Laveen.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I have only had the Gyro Platter so far but it was very good. The Hummus could use more seasoning but the rice and lamb were great. I will be definitely going back to try what else they have on the menu . Oh and Lentil soup is really good, perfect seasoning and spice.

My fiance and I had dinner here tonight. Fantastic place we loved it. The food portions are out of this world!! Staff was very nice despite people being terribly rude to them. Yes there is a wait, but the food is cooked to order and piping hot when served. So I expect a wait!! Its kind of a bummer that Coca Cola drags their feet because the soda machine doesnt work. That's not Kabob Express fault so I won't grade on that. We will be back!!

Just had dinner from the new Kabob place opening this weekend on 51st and Southern behind Burger King. Let me say Excellent! The meat was so tender and nice portion size. Remember when you go there they are just opening It was clean and the son waited on me. Such a cutie and very nice and polite. Prices were great. Hubby liked the food too and he is hard to please. Highly recommend. Enjoy everyone!

The food was great, our server very helpful. But I always thought Kabob was a Middle Eastern dish similar to gyro, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed Indian food. A better name, real dishes instead of the piles of styrofoam and no TV rattling would make this place as outstanding as their food!

I took my girlfriend for her birthday here since we love international food. The Laveen area lacks some authentic food options at times. It is a family restaurant that takes pride in its work. They are happy to explain what everything is with a smile even though I'm sure that they get asked the same question from the customers! The food was great and I had a wonderful experience. Laveen is lucky to have them.
