Review Pizza Hut - Phoenix

I ordered my pizzas in the morning and they were hot out of the oven just when Jason said they would be. He was very nice and could have used some help he was there all by himself cooking and working cash register.

One of the best commercial pizza joints. There's not much in the menu that isn't good to eat. They have beer, on delivery if needed which is rare and a great convenience in the later parts of the night. The on line deals...there's always one that catches the eye. I've never regreted eating here.

I decided to order again after I had bad experiences in the past. I ordered on line like always, 1 LG pizza with jalapenos and pineapple and I noticed I could only order thin or deep dish, (hand tossed was not an option.) I ordered thin crust. 2nd pizza I ordered was 1 LG pizza thin crust again (as hand tossed was not an option) pepperoni, green peppers, and mushrooms. I received a text message that the order would be ready in 15-20 min. I live less than a mile away and was picking up. A friend went to pick the 2 pizzas up and at first they could not locate my order, but then they said it wasn't ready yet, my friend asked the man/employee at the counter how much longer it would be and the employee said something under his breath and walked away. My friend asked that he come back to the counter and repeat what he said under his breath, but the employee wouldn't. 5 min later another employee came out and handed my friend the order. He got back and I opened them.... The 2 pizzas wasn't even our order! Good grief! He went back to Pizza Hut to pick up our order and the manager was out in front of the store and said "you got the wrong order" My friend said "yes, I am here to pick up my order and return the incorrect order." My friend said he would ask for the rude employee and the manager said "no, don't" He went inside and our order was sitting on the counter. When he got back, the pizza was cold and the thin crust was gross. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut, as there are 3 other pizza companies within a mile of me. I don't understand why our receipt showed the 2 correct pizzas, but in the boxes was something totally different. Whoever is making the pizzas, needs glasses or needs to lay off the weed. Unbelievable! Other customers were inside waiting for their correct order too.

My experience was the opposite of most of these reviews. I was a walkin on early Xmas Eve and they had a delicious personal pan pizza ready for me in minutes. It had alot of tangy tomato sauce which is a bonus. At less than $6 it's a great deal. Service was excellent from the friendly Manager and crew. Recommended for fast, delicious pizza at N. 16th st. and Bethany Home road.

Location on 16th st and Bethany was Fantastic! Very polite cashier and cook, practically no wait was maybe 2 minutes and food was delicious

Pizza was cold not hot like there ad says. Wont order again
