Popped into the drive-thru for something sweet when the urge for breakfast struck. The Ultimate Breakfast sandwich with bacon, ham, egg, and cheese scratched that itch nicely! The churro chaser was the icing on the cake (literally-ish). The service was very fast and the staff looked to be very efficiently handling the increasing traffic.

Went through the drive-thru. I got two 5pc nuggets with value fry and value drink, my girlfriend got a plain jumbo jack. The nuggets we're super fresh, and the wonderful cashier that took my order saved me money by suggesting me to get the nuggets kids meal + 5pc to get me the Fry's and drink a little bit cheaper. Thank you, receipt says DORA was who did it so major props. The Fry's were full as they should be, was perfect amount of Fry's to share. Also as I asked for ketchup in dipping cups( expecting the little white ones) she happily with a smile got me several well sized dipping cups *that had lids :)*. It was fairly quick being that all items were clearly and perfectly made to order fresh. Give both thumbs up, plus my big toes up. It was delicious and the service was very pleasent. Which in my opinion will change the taste of your appetite or expectations of receiving meal. 100% thank you Jack in the Box!

Great it is wasn't for the homeless picking dirty blocking the drive thru or the kids hanging out in the parking lot blocking the road. I know its not Jack's fault but just a little info about the location of this one. Besides that it was fast and great food like always

All employees are great, only gave 4 stars on service because sometimes they close the drive thru at night despite having a sign and listed drive thru hours of 24/7.

The current morning manager is outstanding. You can tell that she struggles from time to time but she manages a good crew. The one time I did have a mistake she corrected it immediately it made things right. Believe it or not the food actually looks like it does on the menu

Only gave 4 stars because I can't speak on the inside of the location as I've never dined in.
Service is always quick, my food has always been hot. Plus they've not made a mistake with my orders. This is my local jack so I go there quite a bit. Employees are always nice and friendly.

My mom tripped on the bad floor mat when she was leaving a couple of days ago. She is still in the hospital with a badly broken arm. The shift manager was wonderful BUT the person in charge of handling the things for her medical needs has been an expert at avoidance and totally inaccessible. He has my information and should have called me instead of not answering our calls. I do have photos of the rug and witnesses also.

This place is location is horrible. There were guys out front selling drugs, no clean tables, homeless people begging for money and a girl came in and sat her dog on the counter while ordering. The cashier never said a word. I would add the photo I took but unfortunately there is no option to add a photo of the dog on the counter.
