I'm a dasher, it was about 118 outside and this location is outside only. My order wasn't yet ready for pick up so I had a little wait. The African American guy at the window that was working g on the order was just so kind. As I waited it got hotter!! O went to the window to ask for water and when he opened the window he gave me a large water. I didn't even get the chance to ask. I asked how he knew I was gonna ask for water and he said he didn't. It's just hot outside so he just made it for me. Nicest service ever. Customer service just isn't what it used to be. He gave me hope. That was Customer service at its finest! Keep up the good work!!

The customer service is so good, they’re super friendly and have amazing staff, Nancy helped us at the window, her service is really good , always with a good attitude!! I really enjoyed her taking my order and giving me my drinks, for sure makes me want to go back to buy more drinks just because how she served me 😁😁😁!!!
This place is always busy (expect to wait 10-15 min). about 5 or 4 parking spots. There are no tables to sit outside since it's only a drive-thru or walk-up window. It's easy access if you are getting off the freeway. Staff is super nice.
Line tends to get really long (like out onto Thomas Rd) but the baristas make good drinks, even if you want something a little different.
This location is always busy. If you order ahead. You look VIP while everyone else is waiting to get to the speaker. 😆 Work smarter, not harder 😎 Also sign-up I got a free drink on them today. Any size or food item.
When we visited my sister ordered some stupid drink from the internet. I got a caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso. 🤤 you know the problem with good coffee that's cold...bruh...brain freeze...like ow!
Love the customer service. Rodney, Sandra, and Rose have the most amazing attitude. My kids love how they served us. They made our day. Thank you to all 3 of you.
I had a barista named Izzy. She was great, and she helped me out with a huge favor would highly recommend. She even took her time to write a small note on the cup for me.
Drive through service was amazing. 😊 I really appreciated the genuine kindness I encountered at this location. Would definitely come here again. Quick service. My drink was on point. This location exceeded expectations! Whoever was working drive through just now needs a mug award!! ⭐️ (Transaction was just after 12pm 4/5)
