Waited 13+ minutes for severely undercooked food! Entered drive-thru with no one in front of me. Yet told to pull up to area #1 and waited over 13 minutes and watched several other cars come and go from drive-thru.

I think they messed up my latte. You know how it is, can't be a full McDonalds experience without you having to go back in and getting something re made!

The only reason this McDonald's is not a 5 is because the infernal ice cream machine is unreliable to an absurd degree. I don't believe the ice cream situation is even their fault but it is their problem as a company. In any event, everything else is solid! Love the staff!!

Carrie is the best employee I've seen at any McDonalds. These days it's typical to provide mediocore service with no napkins and a bad attitude banking on the fact that we'll still eat there and their position is needed. Not Carrie! She rocks and moves fast, clenching counters to make turns faster! Thank you!

Staff is always awesome. even the poor lads who have to stand at the order box outside taking orders when that machine breaks, reminds me of how in-n-out does it through there drive through actually. But always love the staff and amazing people they are!
