ALWAYS my go-to place for grilled chicken! This time I tried the 2 pork carnitas tacos & they had PLENTY of meat and other toppings. It was YUMMMMM!!! Service is always very fast and our orders are accurate. They always ask if I want anything extra like salsa etc. Employees are always smiley and friendly. Coupons make the meal totally worth it!

Great tasting chicken and a fantastic customer facing team. This location does not like to make their customers wait for food, and when the chicken was not ready, they made sure we received an update on when it could be available. The supervisor was working right along with the team and the stream of cars through the drive-through did not let up. Great customer service and excellent portion sizes.

I haven't been to an el pollo loco before but I will definitely be back. The chicken was excellent. So much flavor. The staff was very helpful even though we were very slow. They have horchata as a drink by the fountain station which is awesome. The dining room was clean and the bathrooms were open. Enjoy

The chicken is good, I wouldn't mind if it were a little more spicy. Beans are somewhat bland, and the Mac and cheese are ok. My wife really enjoyed the limited time pork tacos.

Staff was great super polite and helpful food was a solid 8.5/10 got 2 not so decent pieces of chicken but the taste was good my girl got a chicken chipotle avocado burrito she loved it

Homeless man was chilling outside. Managers should politely ask him to move elsewhere. We could smell him when we walked up.

Great deal for about $7 with coupon. The rice and corn are always hot and fresh and you get two hot tortillas as well. Upgrade to the breast and wing for $1 more.

I hadn't been to El Pollo loco in many years, but it's perfectly fine for fast food. I had the chicken tacos, but there are plenty of food options including buckets of chicken. They specialize in fire-grilled rather than deep-fried chicken, and they do a good job. The place was extremely clean, the staff was friendly, and my order arrived quickly. If you haven't eaten here recently, it is certainly worth a try.
