Our visit started out rough... Wait to get seated even though we were first in line, server didn't know the combo to the bathroom so we had to wait until he found someone, about 5 minutes until someone acknowledged we were seated and got our drinks, had to ask for someone to take out order.
We got a different server- Jacob who had just come on shift, was amazing and changed our entire attitude! He was attentive and came over whenever we needed him.
Our food was great! Everything was hot and cooked perfectly. My chicken tenders, which I always get, we're nice and crispy and juicy but not burnt or overcooked!
The bathroom was clean and smelled nice.

We had Veggie Omlette and Blueberry Pancake. Both were good. Service was quick and prompt. We had to get some of the meat ingredients out of the dishes and they were happy to help us with that.
Btw, you need a PIN code that you can ask to use the washroom.

I've been coming to this location for a few months now, so this review is a bit overdue. The food is delicious, but most of all, the staff is very friendly.
The manager, Jaclyn, always greets me with a beautiful smile. The servers are all joyous people, and I enjoy my conversations with them. The cooks are also friendly, and their cooking skills are superb.
Shout out to servers Bernice, Jose, and cooks Eduardo and Jeff. Thank you all for the warm welcome at your restaurant!

Staff super super friendly, ask for Beth! She is friendly and super helpful. Food was really good. I like their coffee and their quick service. And guess what it is a very good place for business meetings during the day! Believe it or not.

Today I had a start of a bad experience at Denny's. With my Disability I require a certain way of eating which the waitress seem to not want to take the time to understand which would have definitely created a 1 start.
It wasn’t until speaking to the manager Bernice that I was accommodated with all my needs and excellent service was given! This is a manager that a company needs to keep there establishment moving forward with satisfying customers and making sure smiles leave the building. THANK YOU BERNICE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE TODAY AS A MANGER and I hope your higher up team acknowledges this review and addresses it appropriately with you! See you again!

Awesome service, waiter was taking all of our 12 orders, since it was 10 of us. The food was good, the only problem was the lasagna that i ordered, some part of it was solid. Everything else was really cool. I would rate this place a 7-8/10

we went to dennys' on wednesday and it was the first time eating at this location the food was great and our server Tina was always right there for anything we needed. She was personable and talked with us. We'll definitely be back here again.great job Tina! Nice meeting you.

Almost 30 mins after being sat down they still hadn't even offered us a drink, after our food finally came almost 1 and a half hours after arriving at the place it was wrong and was handed the check half way through our meal. Not once did they bothered to refill our drink... Last time i eat at that dennys maybe even all dennys at all...

Unfortunately I can't say one good thing about my experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely terrible and the service was okay at best. I am a 45 year old man and have been in the Foodservice industry for almost 30 years. Both my mom and dad worked for Denny's for a total of 30+ years combined. I highly recommend eating at another establishment. :-(

I love all the staff, everyone of them very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the manager was the only one grumpy and rude. Very good experience until the end, when the manager took care of me at the payment place.

The food was great, and even my specific waitress was good an friendly. But one of the waitresses and her manager were having a convo... I know I am somewhat rude for eavesdropping, but I heard the word autistic and my ears perked because I am autistic myself. The waitress was talking about an autistic customer that she had and how she felt so put off by the situation and that the person shouldn't require so much extra help.
This honestly offends me to a serious degree. I am autistic, but I am now at the age of 32 considered high functioning. I can mostly take care of myself with little to no help in the daily stuff (hygiene, nourishment, etc.) but this was not easy to accomplish and was only done because I was at a point on the spectrum where I could still exert my own will. A LOT of those with autism cannot exert their own will.
So, I loved everything about this place except that I was able to hear that conversation. I understand everyone is entitled to their say, but please keep such talk to a private area when you are at work.

On january 3rd 2016 me and a group of friends went in to dennys on thomas and were refused service because the color of our skin. We were down right humiliated. I dont tolerate that type of behavior especially in 2016. It saddens me that this is still a very serious issue among minorities. I hope no one else has to deal with the type of treatment we were given on this day! I do not recommend dennys period!

I was not satisfied with Denny's at Thomas and black Canyon Freeway I had order a Burger and onion rings charge me $10 only had
lettuce and tomato and fo4 onion rings No pickles no onions no cheese and it was $10 that sucks the manager was being a bit Never again going there

The cooks ROCK the food was miles above what we expected. The kitchen I could see was always being cleaned it was a very nice change from a lot of other places we as a family go to enjoy a meal together.
