Delicious!! We ate our ice cream at a table in the store and the place was very clean (until we dripped ice cream everywhere and dropped a bowl of sprinkles 🙄 sorry guys). My only complaint is there's no public bathroom which is rough when you're there with 3 toddlers, lol. Even so, everyone enjoyed themselves and we will be back!
The best ice cream on the west side of Phoenix! I also love that they open at 10:30 in the morning. This way I can get a cappuccino. They are always friendly and have great customer service.

We ordered a Father's Day cake for today and it was absolutely delicious (Frame white cake with rocky road ice cream) and decorated wonderfully! Curtis was the sweetest most helpful employee I have ever encountered. I agreed completely with the way they make sure you are the person who ordered the cake, check your I.D. and write the necessary information down! It was amazing how thorough he was. We will definitely be back soon to order more.
We went here for the first time ever as I’m not a fan of ice cream however my child lives for cold treats. The ice cream itself was delicious, my toddler loved the vanilla frozen yogurt with gummy bears. However I was more impressed by the young lady working there she was so patient and nice to us. I apologized to her since we were taking a while to look around first before ordering she understood it was our first time there and proceeded to let us sample a few flavors which I greatly appreciate. It is due to the customer service provided to us that day that I’ve decided to write a 5 star review.
This baskin robins has the BEST customer service that i personally have ever seen, and for people to make false allegations is wild to me… ruining someones imagine just because you didn't get your way is unprofessional at its finest. Good luck finding a job any where Jackie! :)

We were just in, and the girl who helped us (no name tag, but she was the only one working the counter) was great with my toddler. She helped him pick out a flavor, gave him a sample, and let him pick his toppings. Every step, she confirmed with me that it was okay. She wasn't super knowledgeable about the special items, but she had access to the information and got it to read, rather than a typical "I don't know".
The store was pretty clean, nothing jumped out at me as dirty. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Has the same great tasting ice cream as other Baskin Robbins. Great and kind service, store was clean and well kept, and staff was kind. Would recommend for a cool snack during hot days.
