Little Caesars

I ordered a large pepperoni and a sausage pizza. And I feel that she wasn’t paying attention to me as I had ordered she had 1 pizza and I told her that I had ordered 2 .So that was corrected. I noticed in the back there was a couple of girl workers putting the cheese and other side on the pizzas but did not have any gloves on and the didn’t have any hair nets on. I thought that’s what they do when they are working with food. The pizza is great but I feel like they should be trained on how they should handle food. And have hair nets on.

The parking sucks. Minimal seating for waiting because it a small lobby. It can get extremely it’s. Pizza is so so. Sometimes homeless people are asking for money out front. To make it the best experience possible- order ahead in the app. Get the thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni or something not traditional. Use the pizza portal. Wait for the email to say it’s ready before you head over. * This makes the overall experience go from a one star ⭐️ to a 4 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

You get what you pay for. In this case, if you want the phone to be answered or customer service, pay a few more bucks. Staff is doing the best they can with what they've got. They need more and better resources from the top. What a disaster! Can never get the apps to work and they leave me hung every time I try to use. Last time it hung me on biometric which I never asked for. There is no way to reach them or customer service by phone, if there is a problem with an order. Neither answers. Today I knew I would have a classroom full of hungry students, so I ordered in the morning for delivery at 3:00. The app would not let me change the time so I put it in the notes that I needed 3:00 delivery. They ignored my note and tried to deliver at 1:00. I would not accept and had to walk over and pick up 2 hour old pizza while my classroom was full of students. It was a horrible draining experience at a time when I needed support and got nothing but trouble.

Walked in. No other customers in sight. Had to wait because none of the workers in the store could use POS. Eventually, the one employee that could take my order came inside from the parking lot. Ordered my food but the employee could not figure out how to print my receipt. Got my food home and discovered it was not cut properly. Had to tear slices apart to eat them. I can see why places like this are automating as much as they can.

I love the location, didn't like the fact I visited they were only making pepperoni and cheese pizza and didn't accept my $50.00 dollar bill, even after the fact I was ordering 6 pizzas plus crazy bread combo. I had to drive over to Walmart market across the street to buy something to break the $50.00 in order to get my pizza order.

Short staffed. But not short staffed enough that they cant walk out of the store and mess around in the parking lot. And not wash their hands when they come back in. Or, allow customers to cut in line and then get mad at you, like you did something wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Tempe.
