Great attitude staff and its built into a gas station, filled my car while I waited for for food to cook. Food was great. Looks like burger king. Good lighting. Nice wall designs, many chair options from booths to high stools to chairs. Meal came quick and was great.

The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . She did not listen to what I had to say and she had an attitude I called up there and she had an attitude I called up there and the car just feels I don’t have time to go all the way up there and come back. No answer I do not live close and with gas prices it doesn’t make any sense to turn around and go back up there for someone to miss manage food. This is unacceptable. They did very well making my food and got all my sauces right. They also resolved one issue with my food right on the spot. Couldn't ask for better service. And the food was DELICIOUS. This is a good Jack in the box for sure.
Update: today I put in an order through carry out but knew I wasn't gonna make it in on time to pick it up. I called these guys the minute after I placed it and let them know about my problem. They fried the food for me fresh on site once they knew I got there. This place is AMAZING. Thank you guys!

Heard some bad reviews about this place,but the day I went, customer service was 5 star's,both ladies I encountered were so kind and polite,food was delivered quickly with a smile,and was told to enjoy my day.
Can't ask for anything more,keep up the good work,will be back.

Worst place ever!!!!! They need to fire everyone including management!!!! A chicken fajita is not a pita with lettuce, never get the correct order, always asked to pull up in drive through even when you are the only car by a VERY rude window employee... Employees do not know how to deal with public and act like they are not at work while talking with each other instead of taking customers orders..

They were out of the brewhouse potato buns and iced tea. On top of that, the clerk gives me a handful of sauce packets after I told him that I don't wan't any and he charged me for another customer's order after completing the transaction for mine. UNACCEPTABLE!

I think you should be able to serve your customers and not tell them "I'm sorry we do not have the staff to be able to take your order. Unbelievable.

Went there 15 minutes ago and ordered 10 breakfast jacks and get home and there is only 9. You tell your kid they only get one instead of two like their siblings. So ok I drive back over there and on my way back I get a text that the eggs weren't even cooked and all runny on sone of them. The manager had gave me 2 more which no one wants to eat now cause they were all runny. A simple order and can't even do it right.
