The woman at the second window was awesome. I am lactose intolerant but I love McDonald's coffee and I tried adding an espresso shot to my coffee. She double checked that my order was right and made it perfectly. The sandwiches I got were also fresh and perfect š

I came here for nostalgic reasons. My mom used to work here in the 80's and 90's when I was a kid and I usually had to go to work with her all the time due to lack of sitters. It looks nothing like I remember, but that's due to design changes over the decades. Food was fine. Service was fine.

Come here late and they are always open and have good service. Not much in the area so Iām glad they are open and friendly! Store also looks clean inside which is a plus.

Minus 1 star for the app I that has problems time to time. I had to go inside to complete my order. No biggie, no line there. I showed the cashier my app. She got my order together pretty fast. Drive through was packed. So I left happy.

We thought this would be a nice place to meet up with my nephew, his wife and 3 children and his Grandmother and other uncle, who he had not seen in 5 years. (We had not met his 3 kids). The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We had a very large order that was delivered to our table in a very timely manner with absolutely no errors, everything was perfect. The only issue was with Grandma's iced tea, she thought it tasted funny(my tea was fine...)they asked Grandma what else she might like and she asked for an iced hazelnut coffee ( I'm assuming that would be an upgrade) they said, "dont worry about it ". We enjoyed our meal and visited with each other for some time, during which time an employee brought out 3 Ice cream cones for the grandchildren, on the house. All in all it was a great reunion, in a great atmosphere provided by your wonderful staff. That memory will always be tied to McDonald's.

This is by far the worst McDonalds location I've ever been too. I wish I could give 0 star. As others stated they seem to always screw up the order.
They consistently 100% so far have screwed up every meal I've ordered. I've gone in complained and they complain back or scoff at you. Tonight was the breaking point. I order 2 kids meals for my kids, a VERY simple order. They rang it up incorrectly for 2 burger happy meal (1 should be nugget like the damn screen said) and assured it would be served correctly a window.
Trusting them and not checking I drive home to find out, 1 order is a burger instead of nuggets. No straws, Fries missing on one order and onions on both burgers which I explicitly said no ONION. 1 simple request. This has happened multiple times at this location and I have had enough. I will not be returning here. Maybe a drug test or two is needed because the same employees consistently screw up everything between communication as well as serving the order. I am sick and tired of having to go back or inside to redeem my correct order while being treated like I was the one who did something wrong. FIX THIS ISSUE.
Disgusting location. Complete waste of money and very disappointed kids for a quick easy dinner on a busy night. This location needs help very badly, from management to simple employee listening skills. FAIL FAIL.

Very very very slow service, and they tend to screw up the order. I got cash back from the register cause they charged me for the wrong order and couldnt figure out how to back out the charge. Fair enough. But the latest experience was excruciating. This is Arizona, 1 minute waiting in the sun and you are so cooked, so a 15 minute wait for breakfast that was barely warm -and yes, i threw away the hash browns that were cool and tasted funny- is not acceptable from McDonald's. Sorry guys, close this location.

This was ridiculous. I was in the drive through like normal. When I realized that they completely ignored the people on lane 2 of the drive though even when lane 1 was empty. I move to lane 1 and they greeted me right away and then told them that their are people on lane 2 that have been there for 10+ minutes and I want them to take of the person in front of lane 2 because that's the right thing to do. I the response I got back really making me question if I ever want to eat at this location again. They told me don't worry about them. Told them again and they started arguing with me. This is uncalled for. The lady in lane 2 just had it and drove over the divider and left angry.

If you speak Spanish you may get better service. I find my inability to communicate with the employees hinders my ability to get the correct order. I went through the drive through and had two orders of nuggets included in my order as well as two different sauces. When I was handed my bag I specifically asked if there were two sauces in the bag and he said yes. I pulled forward to find that there was only one. I went inside and the gentlemen that appeared to be a supervisor said they charge for extra sauce. I explained that I had two orders of chicken nuggets and thought I would therefore be entitled to two sauces. He was confused. He asked another cashier up front and she replied in Spanish and they still didn't get it. He did give me two more sauces. I only wanted on. Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things, I just thing you should have people that speak the language of the customer. If you have Spanish and English speaking customers you need to have employees that can speak both languages.
