Fast food restaurant with a drive through. The staff is very nice and efficient as well. The food is generally good; I’ve eaten quite a few different meals here. My normal meal is chicken combo with veggie sides. It comes with tortillas and salsa. Restaurant is pretty clean and has a few outside tables. Good spot to take a book to eat lunch and read.
I only use the drive-through. They are thorough and get your order quickly. Very hard to hear the speaker though. Some of the chicken can be kidna lean on meat but the flavor is good. I like the corn and mashed potatoes. I recommend getting thighs. The wings have barely any meat.
Great food. This is a pic of my wife at the counter. I actually went through the drive through and ordered at the same time. Both of us had our meals handed to us at exactly the same moment.

Walking in the Pollo loco
a young latina lady didn't want to attend me. The weird part is that the cashier attended the father of my children with a smile on her face. Minutes later. I went back to order something. The latina women asked another young lady If she could help me. The other young lady seems more humble than the latina women. It made me feel bad that latina women did that to me. I felt like I didn't want to buy the food but I did anyway because my mom wanted the coleslaw.
Ordered a chicken avocado street taco,delicious but not much there for a $4 taco. Anywho, tried to order the guacamole and free chips that comes with downloading the app. The lady assured me the email wouldn't come until tomorrow so I should wait, I parked and the scan came up in the app within 5 minutes. If she thought I was gonna make the other person behind me wait, she could have asked. I just let her know I was downloading it, and that I'd be back around. The employees should be informed on how promotions work. Anywho, for lying I gave 4 stars. Kind service, remember to get YOUR CARD, or it's theirs.. ijs! Thanks guys! 2nd time at El Loco, 1st at this location!
My friends talk very highly of this place saying I need to check it out sometime. There was so many delicious options to choose from so it was hard to choose one. I ordered the Grande
Avocado Chicken Bowl meal. The bowl was Huge!! Im on Weight Watchers diet and this was in my meal plan. But I could make 3 meals out of it. It was very good, highly recommend!!

I haven't been in a long time and went to try their new taco salad bowls. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant dining area was clean and in good condition. The food was ready quickly and was accurate, fresh and hot.
