Wingstop

Out of all the wing stores I'd say Wingstop is up there with the best chains. Unfortunately for the last year we have yet to receive a great order. Something is ALWAYS wrong. Either something missing or food under/over cooked. My latest order is my last from this store. So frustrating that in Laveen, the wings at the Spurr lounge down the street are sometimes better.

If I could put zero's stars I would but unfortunately, that is not an option. So for the sake of writing this review to warn people and bring awareness to the employees of this establishment, I will settle for one star. My family and I put in a big order today and were very disappointed with all the meals we ordered specifically the french fries that came with them. Most of the fries (in 4 of the meals) were so hard they were almost impossible to chew through. While the other 2 meals we order had some that were not fully cooked. We have never had this happen before and if it were just one meal this would not have been much of a big issue, but because literally, all the fries were inedible and had to be thrown in the trash I decided to write this review in hopes to bring awareness to the employees cooking the food and for those who are eating it. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location based on my experience and after reading past reviews addressing the same issue I just did. If they are not willing to take their customer's feedback into consideration and improve, this place does not deserve my time and hard-earned money. I hope this review was helpful.

So we decided to try this place again. When we got up to give our order the young lady was short and rude My wife wanted just want we ngsgs and she kept trying to tell her that the wings come in a combo. I stepped up and said she only wants wings. So she backed off I ordered a combo. When I got my order the fries were cold, and old. (While we were waiting on our food the same young lady came out to clean the dining room and began to slam chairs around) I took them back and explained the problem. This was at 5:25pm. At 6pm I still had not receive my fries. The young man frying the wings acknowledged me asked what is wrong? I informed him what the problem was and he got the manager. The young lady I gave my fries to NEVER acknowledged me at all. The manager fixed the problem. But this should never have happened. They weren't even that busy.
