The manager Tammy is so nice and accommodating. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and asked if I could order three 3 entree orange chicken (yes, I'm feeding a bunch) and she was more than happy to make a new batch and make me smile. I really appreciated her attitude and customer service (and the fact that now I don't have to cook dinner.....) Thank you for help!!
Living across the street, my girlfriend and I frequent this particular Panda Express. It is difficult to decide on an overall rating as our experience has varied depending on the time of day, week, and the staff available. We have had a couple poor experiences, but we have also had a couple fantastic experiences. They seem to be quite understaffed during the busy times, but depending on who is working, they can pull through. In particular, a chap named John has been amazing. He is extremely fast, helpful, and friendly. Other times, though, we have had to wait for nearly 10 minutes when in a line of only about five people.
All in all, I think as far as Panda Express's go, this one is pretty good. We've had far worse experiences at other locations. Rating it for what it is (a fast food restaurant), I think it deserves four stars.
We went at the peak of lunch hour. The staff had everything under control. They took orders efficiently, kept all choices filled, and never missed a beat. The service was great, the food was fresh and we left very satisfied. Great choice for a speedy, tasty lunch!!
Clean and fast. Almost never a long wait. But if you go at peak times you might have to wait for the orange chicken. Also, if the older Mexican lady is serving, speak up. Everybody here is very nice and polite.
Honestly, not all Panda's are created equal But, this location consistently provides excellent service and food quality. Even during COVID the staff never missed a beat.
My partner and I dont usually leave reviews unless the service was absolutely satisfying or if it was completely awful. I had to leave a review for Yanti, she made the experience well worth it. She’s so genuine, and she cares for customers. Thank you Yanti!
