"NOW OPEN 24 HRS / Drive thru" New signs spotted on windows recently! Quite a turnaround from the disappointment felt each time you pull up to order, only to be met with . . . SILENCE. Then a hand written note posted at window, saying reason not open usually due to short-staffed, had to shut early, etc .But nothing you could put in your hungry tummy! For now we can only hope the 24/7 is a turnaround, a real commitment from the owner, staff and the Franchise, to the community and not just lip service given to pacify Hqtrs .

Now everyone's gonna have their say & experience they've had at good'ol Jack'N'Crack. You may stop ✋️ smiling or laughing now. 🤣😂😅 Anyway, one deserves recognition 👏 when they provide excellent customer service; without making one, you, the customer, feel uncomfortable. Allow me to elaborate. Like when they say, "I'll do this for you this one time." Well, this didn't happen here. I decided to dine 🍽 in on this particular visit. It had been a long time since I've eaten at Jack's place, so I needed some time looking over the menu 😋. I decided on the taco 🌮 combo, which, btw, for you youngsters out there isn't on the menu. And they were special Tacos 🌮 I added 😋 special ingredients, and it just so happened. It was the major who was taking my order. It commented, "What do you think 🤔 this is Taco Bell in a laughing manner." "I don't think we do that" I replied, "I guess they must like me then, because that's my order, and they usually make it for me. And WOW, they were excellent 👏 and YES they certainty were.... wwwwaaaaaayyyy better than TACO SMELL OOOPPPS did I use my outside voice 🤔 😅 when I said that?? The entire staff was friendly and pleasant. Thank you. 😊 From a 3rd Generation Honorably Discharged Army Veteran hats off.

I have got to give a huge enormous F#&k Yeah to this staff. It was around 107 a few weeks ago and my truck was in the garage up the street getting worked on and the dining room was closed at this location but after heating my situation, the staff was gracious and hospitable let me me order inside and I went on my way. This is a level of hospitality and customer satisfaction that we do not see nowadays so very very awesome for the staff to do this
