I work close by to the bistro and I gotta say, it's my favorite quick breakfast place I've ever had. It's downstairs of a main copper building but it's completely open to the public. I hope they receive a lot more business because their breakfast burritos need more attention in this world. And I've had many many other breakfast burritos in my life but I'll go out of my way for theirs. Even on my days off

The Plaza Bistro is a wonderful place to have a nice meal and enjoy the art work around. The food is wonderful and priced right. The Owners are nice and wonderful to be around. They are always respectable and very polite. It makes it truly feel like a Mom and Pop bistro... YUMMY!
