Extraordinary service at Subway on McDowell and 51st St. The manager who was working made my meal free of charge after my bag was given to another guest by mistake the previous evening. Thanks for the clean restrooms and attentive staff!

Last month I would have given this location a half star. However, they have let go most if not all the slackers. This is now the only Subway I go to, and there are four to choose from in my area. Polite staff, and subs are up to par now. My only concern is the bread. I must say, it has improved 100%, but still needs work. Mainly they need to score and proof it just a bit longer.

The employees there were on point and pleasurable..laughing and joking with us as we ordered..There were three women on shift and we were the only ones in there so we ALL had a good time after work..GREAT personalities employed that night. Atta girls definitely need some a recegnition flag..Will definitely be returning to this establishment

Very nice kind friendly young lady that works at night kristina I believe her name is. I only drive out mine and my familys way to come to this Subway to see her very good best subway she makes sure everyone in the store has a smile on there face and if you don't by the time you leave you will 😄just Hurd they moved her to 16th street Thomas sooosooo happy I will be comeing even more me and my family live right down the street

I believe it was the manager Kevin. Who showed real kindness to a guy who couldnt afford food. Gave him water and let him use the restroom. It was beautiful. ✊✊✊

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the CLEANLINESS! The sandwich artist was making an order, but was able to greet me and said he'll be with me in a minute! Talk about great customer service! I rated the place 5 stars for the Great Service I received. Thank you!

My husband and I came here to eat today and we were greeted with a cheerful greeting and happy employees. The sandwiches were made perfect to the T. The employees are friendly and very nice. I would definitely drive from Mesa to Phoenix just to eat here again!

The only reason im giving you guy 5 stars is because we came in today there was a line of 6 people Christina got us out in less time it takes you guy when there is 2 or more people. She did not seem exhausted or frustrated she has an amazing smile to show all the customers... awesome customer service Christima goood luck on your job career !!!!
