I was a little shocked by the bad reviews because when we hit this place up, everything went smoothly, customer service was great, and the food was good (Way better than Pizza Hut). We got an extra large “The Werx” pizza but substituted the pepperoni for ham instead and we also got traditional wings half BBQ and half mango habanero which came with your choice of either blue cheese or ranch dressing. Ranch, always go with ranch. 👍
We went thinking there was a buffet, but there isn’t a buffet, but no biggie. I survived the 20ish minutes it took to make the food even though I was starving. Overall not a bad experience. I’d definitely eat there again. The arcade games for the kids was a nice touch.
I came here for a fundraiser for my kids school and the staff was extremely friendly and very nice!! The food was okay but my kids loved it. It wasn’t extremely clean but for a kids place I would not expect much more. All the kids had a great time. The only thing I found a bit strange was one of the ladies behind the counter was being very rude to the other employees, yelling at them. I did not see her name tag but she was blonde and wearing black shirt. But other then that my kids had a great time, I would come and visit again.
My son is obsessed with this place. It's his version of Chuck E Cheese. The food is good, I would say the pricing is kind of high for what you get, but not so high we won't keep going back. Some of the games are missing balls, others just stay out of order, which sucks. They play decent things on the TVs so parents aren't going to be bored while the kids are playing. Really convenient location with good parking.
I've only been here 3 times. It's always been a good experience for me. I placed an order through post-mates today 9/1/23 for pick up. I arrived somewhere between 1:30pm I think. The cashier was the one to help me I think she was the manager I'm unsure but she was wearing the grey shirt. She told one of her teammates to help me with my pizza to my car because I was carrying my baby. I just want to say thank you because it's been a really tough week for me and that type of kindness brought warmth to my heart and it made my day. It brought a bit tears lol but thank you and your teammates help and kindness 🙏🏼.
I can customize my own Pizza Unlimited toppings lots of meat everything on it and nothing that I don't want. If they want to be better, they need to put Sports back on their TVs
I like this location layout better than the ppp on 43rd & Glendale. Love to surprise my kids to the buffet after leaving their appointments from St. Joseph's.
Manager was telling me how much food I could take at the buffet. The sauce was watered down and no flavor.
Loved the lunch buffet very delicious for the price staff was polite my only issue was with the salad bar wasn't very appealing overall great spot i will return
The pizza was excellent! I wish the pepperoni was more evenly spread over the pizza. The wings were perfectly cooked and they had the right amount of sauce on them as well.
This place remodeled, had a little kid event, wasn't sure how busy it be on a Saturday, really enjoyed the reservation of tables online, "DIY", that day they had great pizza specials and the staff was very efficient, helpful to the kids turning the points for prizes, kind. Kudos especially for the bathroom cleanliness, I had to use the baby changing table and it had liners, very thoughtful for parents! Will be back!
