Got a sausage egg& cheese biscuit (as I normally do when I come to Micky D's for breakfast) It was very good as it usually is. There have been times when the biscuit is perhaps a bit dry& falls apart a little. But this time as well as most it was nice & moist just like it should be. The ingredients were all very good as well. Hash brown was perfect. Just the right amount of crispness combined with soft potatoe inside. Very good. This location seems to be pretty consistent with serving quality food. (As quality as fast food can be that is!) đ And the service has always been quite satisfactory each time that I have visited here.

This is my breakfast mainstay. Use the app to get $2 breakfast sandwiches-- hard to beat that! Cooked to order. Folks seem to come in waves. Most mornings not too busy, then several cars enter while I exit!

The staff was very friendly and their customer service was on point. The food was fresh and it was made correctly except for a couple green tomatoes on my hot and spicy sandwich, but overall it was still awesome! The bathroom is clean, which was a surprise. The play place was also clean and orderly. It's located in a great spot right off the 51 freeway and Camelback Road. And I would have to say that there's absolutely no reason I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Oh yeah, the fries were fresh! I mean, what more could you ask for?

This is such a clean place with such polite staff. Truly felt valued. I haven't dined in at a McDonald's in a while, but I'm glad I did. They cleaned the play area several times during our visit, and I felt safe having my nephews walk around because it was so clean.

Very impressed with the exceptionally kind, efficient and friendly service!! Isreal helped explain the Kiosk and placed the order with me (via Kiosk), and was a really nice breath of fresh air for a fast food dine in experience! Jeffery then delivered my order, he was super thoughtful bringing 3 ketchup cups and presenting my order so nicely on the tray! He followed up shortly after to ask if there is anything he can bring, and recommended some great dessert options!! Feeling super happy and full from my unplanned dine in today!! Will absolutely be sure to come back for the great service and of course, the irresistible McDonaldâs classics (that were served quickly and fresh!)

SHENELL was FANTASTIC! I loved her attitude in store and in the drive through. She is so Kind, humble, and thorough. My order was made perfectly and we even talked about the prospect of me working for McDonaldâs in the future. She ensures everything is organized and was the most respectful and kind soul Iâve ever met. She belongs in management! So please promote her and get her there ASAP.
I canât believe the vibe and energy I felt today. It was such a blessing to speak to her and meet her! she is very knowledgeable and a great representation of McDonaldâs đ what a beautiful day, she made my day!

The staff that was there was amazing!! They made me feel like I was at a restaurant⌠They kept coming out to check on me even to see if I needed additional condiments or to go box !!! Iâve never had that experience before to McDonaldâs and it was completely awesome

On Friday St. Patrick day. We went thru the drive thru and got our food and drinks. Not knowing that our sprites(drinks) were fill with soggy paper, I almost finished mine, expect a large piece of paper was lodged in my throat, so I spit it out. It looked like a piece of lint. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady and she was so apologetic because I was like the 20th caller to complain. She told me to come back when I was in the area and she would replace our order. I couldn't recall her name when I returned to McDonald. I spoke with Julie I guess acting mgr. She said she was told to only replace our drinks and nothing else. So I left there upset, but those worker bees think it's their restaurant and they think food/drinks cost, replacements will be coming out of their pockets! They are just workers and can easily be replaced. I, the customer am just looking out for my health and drinking soggy paper is totally gross. The managers name that refused to give me anything is Julie,, they don't even wear name tag anymore!!!!! Never eating at that McDonald's again!!! Bad service and rude people!!

After several workers harassed my husband for using the restroom before we ordered lunch (walking into the restroom telling him to get the frick out) and knocking on the bathroom stall he was in..... I witnessed this with my own eyes waiting for my husband to exit to order lunch. When I complained to the "manager" she claimed it was a mistake,they thought he was a homeless guy who liked to hide out in the bathroom.No apology whatever. I also got a hold of the main McDonalds to complain and the only thing they were concerned about was whether I got put it on social media! Shame on McDonalds!! I refuse to spend my money there and hope others refuse also after the horrible treatment myself and others have received!! This was the location of the horrendous treatment!
