This location was exactly what this Texas was expecting from Whataburger. The employee at the front was very sweet and personable. The manager was present and also just as helpful.
My only complaint would be that the size of the tenders are tiny in comparison to the Whataburgers in Texas. I didn't take any stars off because the taste was just the same!

Haven't been here in YEARS but had a gift card. We were welcomed, the manager was very engaging with the guests. Food was good( fries maybe could have been crispier) we were pleasantly surprised. We don't do much fast food.

Came here for dinner with the family, ordered 2 meals and both burgers were made wrong. Got back in line to have it corrected and a worker named Moses came up to me asked what the issue was and took the burgers and remade them. He was SUPER friendly and was very nice. Definitely recommend eating here. They care about their customers!

The late night drive-thru is always an issue. I keep going back because they're open late and I work until 10 or 11 every night. This time, they forgot one of my chicken strips, but at least they did remember my sauces, something that rarely happens. The food is usually pretty good and this time was no exception in that regard. I do love the food.

My very first time at this establishment. To me it's all about the service. The meal was more than I expected. True it's another burger joint with a twist. However the service that I received was great.

Service here was on another level. The staff were engaged, jovial, and generally seemed to enjoy their gig. Management at this location should be thanking their lucky stars for the crew they have.
Aside from that; food was on par for Whataburger. Tasty burger (it's all about the mustard) and some Fancy Ketchup on the fries makes for a filling meal on the go.

I had never been to a Whataburger before, since I live in the Midwest. Made sure to scope one out while in Phoenix. Had my son with me and wasn't sure about the location as we drove down the street, but the parking lot was packed so I knew it had to be good.
Super friendly folks during our whole experience inside a very clean restaurant.
Most importantly, the burger was great! Got a double with cheese and added bacon. It was huge! Kind of reminded me of a mom and pop place back home.
I opted for apple slices instead of fries, though I did try a couple of my son's fries. Wasn't impressed there, but the trip was more about the burger anyway. I'd totally go back!! :)

Visited during busy lunch rush. It was well run and worked. Cashier friendly, food made quickly and all correct. Thumbs up. Parking lot was a little sketchy.

Used drive thru. Had to wait in the drive way for my order. Don't know if they were short staffed or what. Took a total of 10 minutes from. Getting in li e (2 ahead of me) till I got my food.

This location is the worst Whataburger I have ever experienced!! Sunday evening around 6pm and the place is a hot mess. Drive-thru doesn’t move for 20 min so we decided to go inside. Whoa - what a colossal mistake. The guy takes our order and 30 min later still hasn’t even given my boyfriend his shake. He asks the cashier about our order and the manager comes over but they have no clue. So at this point, they have the opportunity to make it right and they still get our order wrong. The lemon pie literally crumbled in my hands and had 0 filling (I wish I could load a pic with my review!) Terrible service and the food was mediocre.
Sadly, someone from the drive-thru line came in while my boyfriend was waiting because the staff screwed up her order too.
To top it all off, rather than refunding the order, the manager put a note on the receipt and said “your next meal is on us.” Why the heck would we ever come back?!?!

Went to go inside because the drive thru line was so long. Rhys immediately slips in a giant pile of someone’s VOMIT �. As I’m wiping him down with napkins, I asked at the counter if they were aware there is barf all over the floor...not one but TWO employees said yes! No wet floor sign or anything!!! I am beyond disgusted!!!! Will never go here again

Normally it's a great place. Yesterday they just did not have it together very well. Several working but only one at register. At one point a gal told this boy to hop on register but when he had trouble getting on, even though she was right behind him and could of helped she chose to pull him back off instead. So the line was too long and I noticed two drive threw customers came in with complaints. I had to ask for my malt because they forgot it.

Just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for breakfast and if that wasn't bad enough, our order was WRONG. Crappy service, snotty drive thru chick. EPIC FAIL. I think we'll wait til we get back to Texas to eat whataburger again.

I've always heard about Whataburger, but have never been able to go. We just don't have them in Idaho or Oregon.
That said, I was not disappointed. Not in the least.

I'm visiting from Minnesota and just stopped in for our first time tonight and I am very impressed! I ordered a chicken taco and it was so delicious and the fries were so good I wish my husband had ordered 2! I will be stopping in to try your onion rings before returning home! :) Your staff was also very friendly and store was neat and clean and what wasn't was being taken care of by staff!!! :) :) :)
