This location has an excellent staff serving the public, and the food was good. The cleanliness was substandard. The windows. Restroom, floors, and tables needed to be cleaned. Business was slow while I was there, so the staff had time to clean.
The food is always great! Prices, like everywhere, have gone up a bit but the quality of food is noticeably higher than your average fast food place.
Edited 12/15/23: I previously had atmosphere at 3 stars because they were closing down the lobby so frequently, but in the last six months or so that issue went away. No problems eating in.

This Wendy's is off of the 17/101 junction, so it's a fairly easy pit stop. I've stopped here a couple times now, and I'm not very impressed.
If you're considering stopping here, you should know it's crammed into a poorly arranged lot, so be very careful getting in and out of the location. There's a lot of people hanging around outside due to the area it's in, which equates to the area being trashed, noisy, and not a place where it's safe to stop and eat. This is definitely a drive-thru-and-go location, if you stop here at all. Top that off with the fact that the food is right/good maybe 2 out of 3 times, and it turns into a definitely-less-than-5-stars stop.
I love Wendy's, but not this location. And that's not really its fault, it's more a feature of the location it's in. There aren't many other Wendy's nearby, but sometimes I'll skip this one anyway and go to a different one.
Slow service, stood at the counter for several minutes before being acknowledged. Ordered 1 medium fries. But the elderly counter lady was friendly.
Good food, and nice workers but the fries don't always come out crisp so make sure to ask for fresh fries.
Amazing service! They care about getting your order right. Outstanding customer service and kind staff. Danielle particularly is meticulous and caring about customers’ experience. I deliver for door dash and have never experienced such outstanding service at Wendy’s! Great job.
Chicken on classic chicken sandwich was dry, overcooked. Nice clean eating area (but a bad smell by the trash that's right next to the beverage dispenser)
The food is a little pricier than the last time I was at a Wendy's location, but the food is great quality, and I went there just as the place started to serve lunch. The place was also almost deserted at the time, so I missed the lunch crowd from the office building next door. A good experience overall.
This location the food is always fresh to order. The staff & management go above & beyond to Excell in customer service. Notably as people not just employees. They have heart & compassion for their fellow human beings no matter what the person's circumstances. Thank you to the staff.
