Mcdonald's

both of my cheese burgers had a no pickle sticker and yet i bit into pickles in both the burgers. the last time i was here i order a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge cause i know they can be stingy and when they gave me my sundae there was a skid mark of hot fudge, gave me the tiniest amount. they never get my order right

I hate it here. Bad service an customer service daily. All I want everyday is 1 simple cup of coffee, minus coffee grains an extra water. Since the prices went up , quality went down for sure. You need to train your employees the correct way. I see why y'all have restaurant brawls across the world. This is a real messy business!!!!

This McDonald's is usually right on point the food is usually hot and you should get a large soda with your meal not a small soda I have to say that I was sorely disappointed I got a small soda with barely any ice in it hello it's 95 degrees out I'd like a little ice in my soda. The fries were warm like they've been sitting instead of fresh cooked which is not usually what happens here I also questioned whether this quarter pounder with cheese was cooked fresh or just warmed up. Now I guess I'm going to have to go to the other 24-hour McDonald's because this one just totally ruined me for going back if I hadn't already left I need you to continue working I would have taken the food back and got my money back. It's really sad that it's night shift workers have to put up with subpar everything just because we're out here working late. We should get fresh food and know that it's going to be fresh not just tossed at us.

Worst McDonald's ever. I put in a mobile order. I pay through the app. The app gives you a code to tell them at the restaurant. I tell them the code. They say I still have to pay at the restaurant. I showed them my order and receipt. They don't hand me my food. This place has so many incompetent workers. None of them deserve $15/hr.

They should tear down this location and just use it as a parking lot for the surrounding businesses. The drive thru line always has 20+ cars. It takes forever. Don't bother ordering from the app. If you do you will get your food last. They take care of every car and every customer indoors before they get yours. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Also, check your bag before your leave. GUARANTEE that they forgot something of yours. Do yourself a favor, go to Burger King or Filibertos across the street.

I went there this morning to get breakfast at 5:15am I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes for them to tell me that due to short staff they are only serving drinks & desserts. When I asked for a Mc flurry the cashier screamed at me and told me, “ not that kind of dessert “ who yells at there customers. I only did what they asked. I’m at work now and very hungry because I depend on them in the morning. I will change my breakfast habits now and never eat here again.
