Been wanting to stop in here for a long time now and finally did so today. What a great surprise! Had the breakfast burrito and it was one of the best I've had. Also ordered a bagel which was very good. They make their own bread and bagels and pizzas here. Will definitely return for their pizza plus a bottle of wine night for $25!

I'm never disappointed when I eat here. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. I can't pick just one dish, they are all amazing. I love hatch chile on anything. 😁

Green Chili stew was good but had a lot of pork, and not enough chili. Flour tortilla was awesome! Can't wait to try more off the menu!

Seen this place on the news.. went + got the hatch sourdough + the green chilli butter. Both were delicious... Had the green chili pork burrito too.. yummy

The burger and the loaded fries were absolutely insaaaane. Hatch chiles were super dynamic with flavor and warmth. The loaded fries were ONLY $2.50 and were like eating Hatch Chile poutine. I tried three green chile cheeseburgers when I was in Santa Fe last year and I wish one was as good as Hatch-It’s! Everyone was also super friendly and the menu is vast and wondrous.

Love the green chili burgers. Tacos are more like street tacos, side sauce was nice and spicy. Kettle hero's popcorn they sell is amazing, buy 3 or 4 bags each visit.

Wonderful friendly staff. Mom and daughter (Owners) were more then courteous. We came for breakfast 35 minute drive and well worth it that we decided to grab stuff to go for lunch and share with the green chili 5lbs bagged and chopped with our daughter. Oh, oh let's not forget that fabulous bakery the green Chilli sourdough is great. Thank you to all we will see you soon! 😊

Great food. Great place to get your Chilli fix. The best New Mexico Chilli in town. True NM Chilli. If you don't like Chilli that's okay. They have great pizza, sandwiches and baked goods as well. Oh the fresh bread, cookies, cakes and pies. Muah!!! Go hungry and leave happy.

Got to enjoy a green burrito and the green Chile burger with bacon today. Very good flavor, even though you can barely see the thick cut bacon underneath the melted cheese. Good service.

The hamburgers are great. My favorite is the green chili one. The fries are good too . I get the loaded fries. They sometimes are a bit to wet from the chilli juice. The atmosphere feels a little crowded but you can sit and eat in other areas in the restraint and bakery store. Its all connected. I should start trying there burritos and tacos soon.
