Always good experiences with this location... great staff and always friendly and efficient. I usually order online and it's always ready and correct. I think they were out of something on this visit but they made it right and wasn't a big deal to me. Great Job, guys!

Best Dunkin there is, by far! They're consistent, efficient, and generous. The whole staff is great! They do a great job day in and day out. Plus, with the mobile app you get free drinks. Great service :))

I come here for their "snack in bacon." It has a glaze of maple on top. Yummy. I also ordered a coffee, which was not bad. Chai hot is delicious. I ask for a warm coffee, not too hot; they can only cool it by adding ice. I don't mind. Food is ok. The portion is too small for me. Ex: toast and avocado.

And the staff here are SUPER stars. The restaurant is always clean &welcoming. and I have outstandingly positive experiences with the staff.

Duncan as usual I had beautiful, fresh coffee and fresh, warmed up old-fashioned donuts but you are brilliant. The staff was totally on it engaging with a smile and can-do attitude. Give them a try guys.

They were a little light on donuts for 9 am. I felt but the young man who helped me was a good dude. Wish I could remember his name. He was polite and called me “boss”. I say that only to help them know who it was. Young African American man with “dread locks”. Not actual dreads. Anyway. He is the reason I gave 4 stars. I’ll go here again while I stay here in AZ.

Always a pleasant experience coming to this Dunkin' Donuts location so close to home. I make it a point to bring my doggo with me every Saturday for a cup or two of whipped cream, needless to say we're addicted to our DD. 😁
Today I popped in after work for a coffee roll and an iced coffee, great, friendly people here.

This location is clean and friendly. The Customer service is quick, accurate, donuts are great, and iced chi latte tasted perfect. I did sit in the lobby for a moment to enjoy my purchase and stop by here on occasion. I do read reviews on a place before I post mine.This location does get some rude customers and strange traffic that come in. The staff like I said is friendly, quick, and do the best they can during busy times I could see. I have been a manager in retail for many years in the past, worked in Paradise Valley area for many years and you just have to kill them with kindness. Businesses like these have to deal with a lot...someone is always going to have something to say. You guys do great and I will continue to come in.
