Once I tasted Firehouse no other sub shop would do. I love their subs, their sweet tea and the cute firehouse / Dalmatian dog theme. I love that a portion of my purchase goes towards supporting first responders. This location is always clean, never over crowded and has a few outdoor tables. They also have two tv's usually playing on mute sports, news or sitcoms.

Our sandwich was falling apart when we got it. The meat was falling out one side and the veggies were falling out the other side! A huge mess that took away from the great taste! Definitely no care was out into making it. :(

My girlfriend and I came in to share a free small sub w. purchase. We cut the baby in half and my girlfriend scarfed her half down. Towards the end of me finishing mine, a employee girl, definitely team lead of the night asked my girlfriend if she's eaten at all, because of course it looked like I was the only one eating. She told her we both shared the small sub and so kindly asked if she wanted one, a large. Literally this being the first thing we'vd eaten all day, being homeless we arnt gonna turn down humankindness at its finest.

The food here is amazing! Far better than places like subway. They are cheaper too now with the Cajun chicken sub.
I also was happy with the customer service. The staff was very friendly yet also quick and efficient with the checkout/ordering process.
I will definitely be coming to a firehouse subs again now that they have an affordable option.

The manager Veronica gives me such great customer service and hospitality every time I come and order for me and my grandfather. I love this location because of her she's definitely one off the best employees/ managers. They can make a great sandwich. I have had many that were great. But two nights ago i got one of the driest sandwich i have had. It was as if the meat was wrong out in a laundry. It made me choke it was so dry trying to eat it.

Ordered to go. Got it home and discovered that they forgot the dressing for the salads, they forgot the lettuce and tomato on my sandwich and it’s a good thing they are not in the business of putting out fires because they used all the water to dilute my soup!

I love this place and I come here all the time whether it be me by myself or my husband or friends. My husband and I came in on Saturday night and he had got some sweet tea - usually I get tea first, he told me to taste his cause he said it tasted funny, I smelt it before I took a drink and it didn't smell good. We sat down and got our sandwiches, I ordered no onions on mine and it had onions, i told the girl who brought them and she immediately removed the onions. When we were eating my husband got really sick!! He was sick all night and he thinks it was from the bad tea!! I don't know if he will be back but from now on I will check the tea before I take a drink!!

the firehouse sub guys told me that we were going to have a crowd comin to are place this weekend, and i hadn't done anythin to get ready for such a thing.
so i did what any normal hick boy would do, and hooked my hose up to the fire hydrant out front, i got you would call a four inch hose with a sliding front tip so you can get the water to spray down real narrow, and it worked just fine when those people started showing up like they said they would, I was able to keep them from makin it inside my front yard. all was going real well too, when the police showed up, and told me i had to stop, that it was the people next door that was havin all those folks over. I was kind of sorry that i had done it, and bought them all a firehouse sub for them gettin all wet and what not.
and since it was kind of hot outside, they were all pretty happy about it, saying it was the best weddin party that they had ever been too. so thanks Fire House Sub guys, and you can go ahead and let me know when the next bunch of folks that'll be comin over to my place anytime , thanks again, BIGG RAY

Came in yesterday and I have NEVER been to a place with more unprofessional staff. The manager on duty was yelling at his employees and bad mouthing them in front of the entire restaurant as well as other staff members constantly loudly speaking of paraphernalia and being arrested. Completely unsatisfied with the professionalism of this company and will not be returning and I recommend no one else do the same unless you want to feel disturbed and uncomfortable while you're eating lunch.

No welcome greeting. Didn't ask how make my sub I had to ask to customize , no one knew how to round up change to your charity, and cashier said to me "sorry I'm really hungover from drinking late" over 20mins for 2 subs when almost empty. Very dirty drink area. Got home both subs tasted old and weren't made the way I asked. Now I just feel sick and my boyfriend refused to finish.
