First time having frozen custard. Took my oldest son and we got the twist which is vanilla and chocolate. Those are the only flavors they have and then you can choose from toppings if you like.
It was good, kinda like a cross between ice cream and fro-yo but you can only eat a little before your stomach hurts. It’s really rich and dense.
They have this thing that is frozen Italian ice with a little frozen custard on top. I think that would be really good since it’s just a dollop, probably not as rich as getting a whole bowl of frozen custard and I can imagine it would be very complimentary to frozen Italian ice. So I am definitely going to go again to try that.
We went on a Thursday night around 8pm. There were a handful of people there but we didn’t have to wait in line.
There is indoor and outdoor seating too.

We lived in Va beach like 30 years ago and they opened one we went almost nightly. My boys loved it. Now my son lives in AZ and took his daughter she wants it everyday. I visited this week and we have been like 4 time and going today my last day. The people working there have been great with us and my granddaughter. It is definitely a regular place we/ they go

DELICIOUS!!! Rita's on Tatum provided 240 kids cups of goodies for a Kids Day event at Central Arizona Project. What a lovely treat for all the volunteers and kids after a busy day of learning and fun. Four flavors were offered, ordering was seamless with James, and his son was a joy to meet when he dropped off the coolers on event day. From start to finish the process was easy, and James even offered suggestions on preparation and flavors. Thank you all for putting the effort in to make 240 cups. It's already been requested again for next year. Awesome!!!

This is establishment is 5 stars all the way!!!! I asked for extra pie chips in my custard last time I ordered online form them and they PACKED it full of those delicious chunks!!! You could order anything from here and be super happy, best and freshest custard around!! Everyone that works here has great attitudes as well which I always notice owning a private business myself!! Thank you guys for everything!!!

We ordered Rita's on Door Dash last night and had phenomenal service. We had ordered a quart of lemon ice, but they were out of it. Instead of refusing our order, which I've had happen before, the gentleman called to see if he could offer us another flavor. It was so kind of him to take the additional step to ensure we were happy. We love Rita's!!

Ritas risk radar requires rapid reform regarding recent rigorous rapid relocating resourcefulness. basically I don't know why I have this obsession with alliteration this past week but that's that and secondly when I have seen Miss Rita and the the lovely staff they're always very nice and very smiley and prepared and professional and these are things in which I am rip them a new mp3 on socialbecause I myself personally have suffered severe damages both to my mental and physical well-being becausenearly 90% of the issues I have today or direct effect from large corporations trying to save a penny and throwing up a valuable Life resource and smartphone person Rita's always has the best and most comfortable
I have also posted a photo of the microscopic piece of paper that every store decided to follow suit on so that we could not drive past the doors we had to walk up to the doors and if it's Walmart's you know how comfortable it is because you've got about 75% of all the capable 1% of those employees and it looks like some verythe entrance to Halloween horror nights except it's real life and those people behind that mask. You won't get that at Rita's though thank the Lord because Rita's not there so

Today was my first time to visit Rita's. As a suggestion I tried Rita's Mango Ice and Vanilla Custard and am astonished at how incredibly delicious this is.
The custard is rich and creamy and the ice is packed with flavor.
The people working there were very friendly and helpful. The shop itself is decorated fun and welcoming.
I found a new favorite place to treat my family!!!
