Review Floor 13 Rooftop Bar - Phoenix

The location is great. Fun hidden away in plan sight kinda place. We enjoyed a great Arizona sunset and mixed drinks. Had the truffle fries... OK, it's a bar, not a restaurant. Staff was awesome, and the views were stupendous.

I made reservations at this place for my fiancé’s birthday, when we arrived the view was amazing.. The waitress came to our tables promptly we opened the menu's and I began to Order..I asked for the wings first because they looked tasty on the website. The waitress informed us they didn’t have any wings at the moment, it wasn’t too disappointing until after I ordered salmon, my next choice of meat. The waitress said we sale salmon but we don’t have any right now, I proceeded to read the menu asked about the green tomatoes, the waitress we don’t have those either but they were again on the menu. I asked about steak or any meat that we could eat it’s my fiancé birthday the waitress suggested some pasta with some chopped beef sausage. I ordered two of those because I felt pushed to order that by the time they brought the dishes out I was already asking for a manager. I let the manager know it was my fiancé’s birthday and also our first visit there and it was so far beginning to be not so good and I wanted to leave. This manager turned everything around for us. She made a manager decision and suggested ordering something off the downstairs restaurant menu from the hotel and extended her apologies. I forgot her name but she told us that was her first week on the job as a manager of floor 13.. Thank you !!! For this amazing experience here.. the food & drinks were so good my fiancé ordered the steak and I had the salmon. I’m so glad the manager told the chef downstairs as he tried to refuse cooking for the 13 floor guest, that she know that the downstairs restaurant food isn’t for the roof top customers, but we’re all one at the Hilton. We loved how she handled the situation and made sure we were happy, we’ll definitely visit again.

We had made a reservation for the wrong day and the floor manager, Alex, still managed to seat us; she's fantastic! The hostess was not very kind or accommodating. She gave us attitude while seating us and made sure to let my friend and I know we were only welcome for 30 minutes since we were a walk-in and they weren't taking walk-ins that night. Definitely made us feel like an inconvenience and that we weren't welcome. Honestly I would have left if it wasn't for Alex. She was on top of everything and still made sure to check in on us even though we were sitting in an easily-missed spot. The drinks were pricey for how small they were. The food was good; nothing mind-blowing. I do recommend going here at least once just for the experience, and because of Alex's fantastic customer service!

It’s recommended you make a reservation but we came on a Wed night and we’re seated immediately. My colleagues got drink I just got dessert. Beautiful views of the sunset.

The views at this restaurant are phenomenal. Drinks were great, and their prices are actually pretty competitive as far as high end downtown bar locations go. Going to this place again for a concert later this week. Fantastic place to impress a date!

If you're a fan of Christmas then it's a MUST visit for the season! Shout out to our Taylor for all the insights and the best service!! Great vibe, and the cocktails are very creative with a decent pour of alc. This time around we each just got a drink, but would go back. Insider Tip: Make a reservation!!

My girlfriend and I had such a great time! The atmosphere was great! Alex was our server, she was wonderful! I really enjoyed Snowball old fashion ! My gf loved her Christmaspolitain. We will definitely be back!

We went when Miracle, the holiday pop up was there, and had the best time taking in the views of downtown and enjoying the festive ambiance and holiday cocktails. The elfing around cocktail was delish, as was the seasonal flatbread. Specialty drinks were $18 so a little pricy but it's a fun and unique experience so I get it. Scarlett, our server was sweet and attentive and helped make our "holidate" a great one!

You can’t beat a good $5 glass of wine and a great city view for happy hour. Simple after work atmosphere with great service. We also had corn on the cob as a bite and it was super tasty and flavorful! I saw a few things being served that looked really good as well like the tacos! I highly recommend esp for a happy hour budget.

Hokey but fun on Christmas eve party. Ugly sweaters on every chair. Cheesy decor and super fun food and drink menu. Neighborhood sucks so getting there was a bit shady. And finding parking was horrible. But once inside we enjoyed ourselves.

Cool rooftop bar in the old art deco building that used to be Valley National Bank, and is now a Hilton Garden Inn. Definitely make a reservation and dress warmly during these winter months. Cocktails are $18 each, and they're all good. If you like gin try the On Dasher. Great views, lots of people taking photos for the gram. Service is a little slow, but not awful. Overall a good time, I would come back.
