Lately, in the past few weeks, there has been two guys running the drive-through. They are very friendly and attentive, and I really do appreciate that prior to this. The females they get on there are kind of snotty, snarky, and I swear I would never come back again but the two guys here change that they say thank you and a smile at you and they treat you as if you’re somebody

The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. There's a handicapped entrance for customers using wheelchair. There's also a playground for kids.

When you walk into this location, you already know the kind of service and quality of food you will receive. It's ashame the management let's the environment dictate service and quality. Public officials should be contacted on a daily basis until this part of town is cleaned up. It's such a disappointment when walking down Northern to the tram. McDonald's, being such a big corporation should be voicing there opinions.

My little ones absolutely love the play place. It's not the greatest area so sometimes the bathroom is closed (usually always the women's) but the lobby is almost always clean and the fry's are always HOT

When you come to this one you never wait inline. They open registers. The orders are always prepared hot and fresh and they take great care of all their guest. Even the mgrs will wait on you. It's clean and smells that way. You never hear excess noise from behind the line. Their play area is clean by the standards and it's an updated play area. This is one for the books. Urma is a great. Mgr. This is a team. They work well. The parking and drive through is even clean. Way to go.

I relapsed into bad habits and ended up here at 11pm for a shake and some fries. I felt ashamed as I drove away, stuffing my face like a glutton only to know that I will have to exercise for two whole days just to burn off the fat filled calories I just shoved down my pie whole.

Yo I have been to a lot of McDonalds in my life I’m sure every one can agree. They’re everywhere so you always encounter different employee attitudes. This location has left me speechless. The customer service and cheerful attitude of the workers here is excellent and not going unnoticed! I enjoyed my big hot cake breakfast and with a great environment this visit was so nice and peaceful.

Fix the macchiato machine pronto, and train your employees to use it right. I ordered a large no-foam macchiato and the lady handed me a large cup only half full. I tried to hand it back and asked for a full cup. I held it up to the light to show the lady and all she said was “I didn’t make it, the machine did it!” I popped the lid off and showed her and asked, “How can you charge full price for a half cup?” She took it back and was muttering about the machine and seeing if she might get it to work some. She came back with a mostly full cup. Yay! But I should have tasted it. She must have filled it up with water. WTF?

Tired of every time I go here, there is a Big Fight, people hanging around, and people bathing in Bathrooms, and coming in not buying, but using and messing outlets, I as a paying customer cannot use at all, I am sick of it. I never hear from the owner ever!
