Chipotle Mexican Grill

My fiancé and I went out for a lunch date to Chipotle yesterday and were treated with such amazing kindness! They made our orders with such care and offered us whatever we wanted no matter how much we wanted of things! The cashier was more than willing to get us any extra sides as well! They were all super nice and helpful and made us DELICIOUS food. That was easily some of the best Chipotle I’ve ever had and the chips were seasoned to perfection! My burrito was to die for and the lettuce was SO fresh. My fiancé’s salad was fresh and delicious and they even gave him the vinaigrette for his salad and he usually has trouble asking for extra things himself so this gesture really meant the world! Couldn’t recommend them enough! VERY LGBTQ+ friendly ♡

This location seems like their bowl portion is smaller than other locations as in they fill the spoon up half way instead of getting a spoonful per scoop like other locations but other then that (and a piece of cartilage I got in my bowl) it is really good and fast! I was in and out within 10 minutes it felt like. 👍 -Edit to add but they definitely stepped up their game on DoorDash and most of the time my bowl is not skimped on anything and it’s so filling and tasty! I’m satisfied with their delivery station.

The dine in experience is fairly typical of a fast casual establishment. The food is prepared in front of you, so it's hard to screw up. Take out is a different story. Most the time when we order food online the order is correct. When they do forget something it's usually any extras on the side. It is frustrating sometimes. Especially if the side is paired with something like chips. My advise is to double check the order is correct before walking out.

Overall the experience at this location has almost always been excellent. This visit was no exception. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and they worked quickly on our order. Tons of food. The salsa was super flavorful and pleasantly spicy. Of note was Tiffany, who was very friendly and made us feel at home at the restaurant after we were done eating. I only wish that every Chipotle location was like this one and had employees care as much as she does. Give that girl a RAISE!

This location has always been great for me. 4 stars because it is a very busy location, and I believe for this reason the staff is snappy and can come across rude. The gentilement behind me asked one of the employees how her day was going and her response was, "I just want to get out of this place." We get it, work is work, but at the same time, work is work. Just expecting a little more out of the staff. We can't love your company until your staff does. Also, the queso, worth a try.
