Victorian Cake Co

I have a thyroid issue that requires a glutin free diet. As a lover of all things baked caked and breaded I have been in despair that I could ever have anything that tases as good as it did when I could eat like a normal person. Enter Victorian Cake Company!! Their GF cupcakes are better than anyone else's (believe me I have been cake hunting with gusto) and better than any of the regular cakes that I'd had in the past. I call in regularly to find out if they have a fresh batch.

Bought 6 cupcakes. The owner selected the flavors for me. Passed them out to co-workers. Everyone was thrilled. Returned the next day for 2 dozen more. Each flavor is Incredibly delicious. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. The baking area is visible from the front counter. It is so clean and orginized.

Hosted a bridal shower last month and was looking for a great local place to do some cupcakes. My mom recommended this place as they have been around for many, many years. I popped in one day and knew that I found the perfect place. It's a family owned bakery and the couple and their son all work there together. I told the woman the bridal shower theme and what I was looking for and from there left it into her hands. They are closed on Sundays, so I came back on Saturday to pick the cupcakes up and they were PERFECT! They were not too big, not too small....very moist (even the next day) and the flavors were outstanding. My favorite was the Pink Champagne, a must try if you go here. They sell slices of their Pink Champagne cake in store. They also have cupcakes ready to go if you don't have a certain theme for a party or are just in the mood for a treat. I will be back the next time I am in need of cupcakes or a cake!
