Taco Suhuaro

Delicious tacos. Buche, Pastor (no pineapple), Cabeza, and Lengua were all tender and flavorful. Salsa verde is my fav as it's got that tomatillo tanginess with a slight spiciness. Salsa roja has a heavy fish sauce taste and a lot more spiciness. Horchata sold out as I was eating and for good reason, it's really good.

Asada and pastor tonight, always excellent tacos and pickled vegetables 2023.07.04 back after a while. Pastor, carnitas, and cabeza tacos. Delicious and filling, great pickled vegetables. Guest from Guatemala by way of Boston enjoyed his as well 2023.12.08 stopped by for lunch with local friends. Tacos for me were delicious as always, they enjoyed the quesadilla and chile relleno

I orderd 6 tacos but only ate 3. They are big. I had Buche, asada, biria. The Buche was a bit more well done than I am used to, but I will admit, I like it alot. The asada was solid. The biria a bit dry. There is dry and wet biria and I did not ask how they served it. I absolutely loved how they cooked the tortillas, a bit well done and I want to Say they oiled them up a bit. They added a good texture to each bite. I wish I could finish the rest but thy are not the Street taco size. They are big boy size. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and tastes. Sorry for not taking a before picture but here is the after.

The atmosphere is laid back, clean, open and genuine. There wasn't much of a line when I arrived, but it moved fast. I ordered 4 tacos which were reasonably priced - they arrived at my table relatively quickly. It was a nice bonus to also be served with two bottles of house made salsa (green and red) to add to the tacos. The spice and flavor of the salsas paired nicely with the tacos and gave them the extra kick they needed. Sadly there was no option for guacamole but I was able to get a side of avocado. The tacos themselves were excellent but lacked some additional spices and flavor in the meats. There was no shortage of meat in each taco - a key feature when ordering small street tacos. I would definitely visit again! If you want authentic Mexican food are in this are, I recommend Tacos Sahuaro!
