Cute location and nothing special compared to other IHOP locations. My main complaint would be that we waited quite awhile before a server greeted my family, and they brought the wrong syrup which wasn't a huge deal to ask again. I also tried their new blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes which were quite disappointing without much lemon flavor at all, a skimpy amount of the ricotta filling, leaving semi dry pancakes (generally protein pancakes ARE on the dryer side, but without the toppings and flavor they aren't worthy of another try next time).
Good food with lots of healthy options. Friendly service and reasonable prices. (This location could use an interior update.)
This location is always pretty busy. Today they were very short handed. Kudos to the staff as they didn’t let it get to them. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are good. The portions are the perfect size. There is a nice selection of items to choose from. I had the burrito bowl. It was good. I would return.
Dinned in..the waiter was very polite and kind..someone picked up my tab for me..It made my day..overall food, presentation,and atmosphere was great
Strawberry pancakes made to perfection. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned as the restaurant smelled "old" and a little musky.
Stopped in late evening - our usual places were closed. Friendly staff, and the food was good. Not fancy or gourmet but we were quite pleased. The place was a bit shop worn - needs a refresh. We will likely be back.
Great late night tuck-in. Had some lemon ricotta filled crepes with blueberries. Asked for extra crispy bacon and the kitchen and front staff ensured it was up to our wishes. There was some miscommunication about the # of bacon slices. Overall, we had a great dessert with a cheeky savoury twist 🥰

My new belly-filling destination between working and sleeping, lol! Has a cozy home feel and is slightly more spacious than some newer IHOPs...
The staff is pretty respectful some days and rude others, yet the food is cooked very well and tastes great!
On a busy restaurant night, this location looks almost closed on the outside so needless to say it is usually dead inside. They keep a very clean establishment with fully stocked bathrooms and well groomed employees.
The classic brand has been a favorite since I was a child, with THE FUNNY FACE PANCAKES 🙂🥞as my childhood favorite, and remains that way to this day! It really sucks that they don't have the variety of syrup at every table like I remember 😕

I tried to get funny face pancakes😋 and the server told me that I can't order from the kids menu🤨, I explain that I was ordering a regular order but I would like funny face pancakes and i&ll pay more🤑.... 👎she said no🥺... so NO tip then🤪there's my funny face😊!

the main waitress at night has been amazing my last couple of visits and even remembers my name (although I never gave it to her... so she either read this post or memorized my bank card... impressive nonetheless))
I travel for work, so I'm almost never home. This morning, when I was driving through Phoenix, I stopped for breakfast. Everything was perfect. It was nice to find a little taste of home on the road! Thank you IHOP!
My lady friend and I went in for a lunner (lunch/dinner) but had breakfast. Our omelettes for southwestern style with steak and potatoes in them cheese on them and salsa. There was a lot of it and very tasty. I also had a side over order of two pancakes with strawberries and banana, and a fruit cup. All very tasty and fresh! I forgot to take a picture of it when it first arrived but here's a photo after half devoured. Our waitress was taken care of the whole place all by herself and did a terrific job! Unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was pretty and ambitious very attentive and considerate. This means a lot since the place wasn't super busy but she was doing everything herself. Meaning hosting, waiting, and doing the cash register. I think her name was Lydia, great job gal! My only complaint is that it took a little bit long to get our meal.
