Five Guys

This is one amazing restaurant. For many years, this has been our Summer holiday restaurant for hot dogs and fries. The exceptionally courteous, efficient and welcoming staff that works here is appreciated. They care about the customer and it shows. All the food is freshly prepared and delicious. The location is convenient and accessible. We especially love the hot dogs because they brilliantly cut them so they are easier to eat and more flavorful. Thanks to the great job by management, the entire staff and this company!

High quality. Easily a top three burger. The burger is made to order with fresh ingredients. The burger is cooked perfectly, tender, and juicy. The burger is a good size. The fries are fresh cut from American potatoes and dropped in the fryer upon order. The fries are always served hot, crispy on the outside and mash potato like on the inside. The Cajun fries come with plenty of seasoning. They are overly generous on the fries as there was easily the same amount or more remaining in the bag as is shown in the cup. Friendly, welcoming service. The cook that served the fries asked if I needed anything else, which is a nice touch. The place and kitchen are spotless. Large assortment of drinks, including sugar free ones, in the Coca Cola machine. Complimentary peanuts.

These stars are for Zaria. Thank you for going above and beyond today when it seemed like your teammates were upset & frustrated you stepped in with a smile and helped. We as a team decided to come to Five Guys today to have a break from the stressors of work ourselves. Not only did the first order come through incorrect one of my coworkers had to have her burger remade (was put to the back of the line) and instead of addressing or giving us another option for our sides just simply did not give them to us. After coming back in to correct our order, Zaria being up front, her attitude was totally different and she greeted us with a smile and can do attitude. She got us our sides, reordered the burger, and made our experience here great. However, after handing our Doctor the sides the other employee turns and says loud enough for us to hear "next time do not even offer them sides when we are out of cups". Just remember that you never know what another person is going through and always be kind. =) Zaria you get our 5 stars today girl!
