This neighborhood restaurant has a cozy, well-loved ambiance. The food, however, might be considered a bit pricey, but that's possibly the case everywhere. When we ordered two dinner plates, each including a salad, the total came to $38.00.
The dishes mainly consist of chicken, rice, and a bit of flatbread, so the cost does make you wonder. Nonetheless, I happened to have just won $100 on a Scratch ticket, so it felt manageable. Otherwise, it might have been a bit steep for me.
It's a shame because I could easily enjoy this meal every day; it's absolutely delicious! Even my picky teenage son loved it, which is quite remarkable.

Gyro combo & chicken tenders are always pretty good 👍! It's family owned, and they're always super friendly. They can get pretty busy, but todsy was perfect- no lines and food came right away. This time, I ordered the chicken plate with the side salad 👌
I come here a few times a year and I absolutely love it! Everyone’s so kind, the music is well music to my ears and the Food!!! Top notch. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
I was extremely happy to find that Chicago Gyros had a location in N Phoenix near me after I moved to the area since I used to eat at their Arcadia location for years when I lived in that area.
The food is always freshly made, delicious and well portioned.
Besides their gyros, I also enjoy their Greek Salads as they offer a Greek vinegarette dressing instead of just Tazaki sauce like many other places offer.
If you are in the mood for gyros or other Mediterranean food, I highly recommend Chicago Gyros if you are in the area.
Moved away many yrs ago...finally made it back. So glad we did... fries, gyros, incredible large portions salads. Beautiful, friendly service, all at a great price...we won't stay away anymore. It was and is worth the drive.
The food is good! The cashier is so beautiful and so sweet! I love their chicken and falafel pita and their salad dressing is so delicious!
Your typical neighborhood hidden gem. Nestled into a strip mall sandwiched between a bar and a dispensary. Once inside, you get the counter service diner feel. The food though is excellent. Whether it is a gyro or chicken dish, the portions are large and they taste fantastic.
What a wonderful surprise to find a Gyros restaurant! Good Fellas closed (19th Ave and Greenway), and I'd been looking for Gyros. They are very tasty! The waitress was very nice and friendly.
The gyro was nice and meaty. The gyro meat itself was very tasty. The Tzatziki Sauce could use more flavor. I will definitely eat there again.
Nice and comforting environment. A bit pricey, but food was good!
