Delicious poke! Server dude was tremendously friendly, helpful, and patient. They have quick and awesome service- your meal is prepared right in front of you and you can be in and out with your meal in 3-5 minutes. Prices are decent for fresh raw fish. The extras don’t seem to add up like they do in some other poke places I’ve been in.
Overall, great experience and my new found place to eat while working. I’m glad I have this joint on my route.

Instant fan. The build your own bowl, was magnificent. The staff was super courteous. I think Zak helped us and told us that he just recently got a promotion to be a manager at the West Gate location near Cardinals stadium. I could see why he got the promotion after which he stated he had only been working there for 4 months. He is kind, intelligent and a master of all the variations of food. He put me on the right track, I will be back soon.
Set up sort of similar to the sub shops or fresh burrito chains, where you go through the line and select the content for the seaweed wrap. The seafood is fresh and there are quite a few flavourful combinations. The staff 0repares your meal quickly. They're happy to and any questions and the service is friendly. We visited Pokitrition for the first time today and the food was fantastic. It was the first time I have had a sushi burrito!! It was new and interesting. The fish was good as well, it tasted lean and less fatty. We will visit again soon. The only constructive criticism I would give is to allow substitutions on kids menu items. We ended up getting a small bowl for our little guy but it would have been nice to pick what was is his meal and have the smaller portion size.

First time here, and the guy saw my order, asked if I was vegan and if I'd like for him to change his gloves and wipe the counter first. I've never had anyone ask that before, and I appreciate the heck out of that kind of service. So incredibly considerate, and will absolutely be back here again because the food is delicious!!!! Thank you for being so attentive and awesome.

Tables, counters, and floors were all clean. Utensils and bar were organized. Decor was clean and bright and restaurant temperature was nice. Many people picking up orders. Parking lot is kinda chaotic, but there is usually parking near the entrance.
Staff was mostly friendly; they were attentive and urgent. All had good hygiene and staff uniforms were tidy.
We did build your own bowl and presentation was gorgeous. All ingredients were fresh, tasty, at a good temperature, and had wonderful texture. A great price for all you get.
Next time I'm gonna try shrimp meat and maybe the scallops, as well as varying sauces.
Tip: try the strawberry lemonade, but give it a good stir first.

What a good value. Size of the portion (fish and crab both) was a delight. Very tasty bowl and friendly, helpful service. Dining room was super quiet and nicely decorated. They seem to do mostly carryout.
I was walking by and saw this place. The spicy sea burrito was so amazing it was very flavorful and I added avocado. The girl with the glasses did a great job and helping me choose.
Sushi Tacos Are out of this world !🌮 The taco shell is made out of Tempura seaweed & this one is filled with rice and crab meat with soft shell crab & spicy mayo drizzled on top . Talk about CREATIVE ! Ever since I tasted this beauty at the Az Asian Festival I can not stop thinking about it ! Not a big fan of the actual shell but let me tell you it was still BOMB . They have two other different tacos one with shrimp tempura and one with egg & spam ! .
🌮but they only sale these when they are at festivals so make sure you follow them to check out where they will be. Fingers crossed that one day it will be at their actual locations 😫🤞🏼 .
