Pure Sushi Colony

The sushi is so delicious. The fish is so fresh. Probably one of the best Happy Hour menus in town. You can't beat their prices for HH.. My only comment is that the sushi chefs are too quiet for my style, because I like to talk to them and for them to offer something creative or special. There were about 4 or 5 young chefs there when they first opened and they made the sushi bar so fun and made me enjoy their creations even more. The wait staff is not very fast. We waited pretty long for drinks and then for her to come back to take our order. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I think the food is worth the wait though!!

I didn't even mean to stumble upon this for place for dinner.. I was reviewing menus for two restaurants and sandwiched between them was this sushi spot. Their happy hour menu was extensive and the prices were great. Kim the bartender was super nice and attentive. Sushi was good, sliders were good, edamame was good. I prefer chicken in my lettuce wraps but these were different (probably would order poke instead next time). Definitely will be back. Happy hour m-f 3-6 and 11-6 on sun

Tonight my family and I tried Pure Sushi Colony and we loved it. A friend recommended this restaurant and we weren't disappointed . We went early to take advantage of the Menu prices during Happy Hour. From our pots of Hot Tea, our appetizers, to the sampling of menu items on the Happy Hour Menu and the regular priced menu, we thoroughly enjoyed everything. I tried two of their Lollipop Rolls (sushi rolls without rice), they were very good, my only suggestion would be to put one of these lollipop rolls on their Happy Hour menu. Many people are trying to eat low carb meals these days. We defiantly will go back.

My stars teeter at 3-4 the sushi tastes great, the staff is very friendly. Yet for what I got it's a bit pricey. I will go back again but NEVER on a lunch break. If the staff wasn't so friendly I'd have chosen 3 stars for the wait time. It took almost a half hour for one crunchy roll to come out for to-go! There were only 3 tables seated but it still took WAY to long to get food.
