My best friend brought me here for lunch and now I Know she loves me!!! � This place is Bomb!!!!! Anything you may be hungry for is on their menu! You'll be greeted by friendly and helpful staff dishing out some delicious foods!! If you haven't been here yet...ya need to Go!!!
There's a bit of history for this place, same owners, don't know the timeline exactly, but what once was a not as popular Chinese restaurant is now in my opinion the best comfort food place to eat here in Phoenix, honestly, anything I've tried, portion wise, more then plenty, cost wise, really?, so yeah!
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The portion size of the "small" fries was huge! They have a very large menu with everything from French toast to steak to burritos.
I tried the regular cheeseburger, but was overly impressed with it. However the King Kong Super Burger was amazing! It has two beef patties, grilled ham slices and pastrami. Just delicious!
All the burgers come with house made thousand island which is very good. They also make their ranch which was also extremely good.
I would go back just for the King Kong burger and the fries, but I also plan to try some other menu items as well.
I wanted to order an omelette, but they stopped serving breaky at a certain time. Not an all day breakfast menu. It was pretty tasty. I had a lettuce wrapped burger, and the Hubs had a burger and fries. Customer service was fine. Lots to choose from on the menu board. Picks up around lunch time. Their hours are changing, and they will no longer be opened past 1500.
I drive by this place at least 20 times a day... the drive thru line is always packed out! I decided to give it a try. Sourdough Burger with fries and a root beer! Burger size is large! They cut it in half for you which is awesome! Fries... yeah... I ordered a small and I got nearly half a bag of them... portions are massive! Burger was fantastic. And the staff were super friendly!!!! I was impressed!
ordered Philly steak and fried mushrooms. Huge portion, homemade fries, yum, yum. Definitely worth the money. I gave it 4 stars because I like to have more jalapenos on the Philly steak.
Nice little place. Good food. Lots of options. Kind of a hidden gem if you ask me. It's better than it looks on the outside.
1st time here. The staff was very informative and friendly. I got the pastrami sandwhich which was a pile of Pastrami, pickles & mustard on a hoagie roll. It was really good not quite as greasy and oily as the ones we get like and get in South Central LA but a close 2nd. Husband got the Philly cheese steak that was VERY tasty too! Menu is extensive and the food is plentiful!! Prices are good too! We'll definitely be back to try the burgers.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED as of today 6/26. Absolutely devastated. 😢 Been coming here for years! They had my order memorized! The food was amazing (specifically their burger and fries).
Good fries, even better burger! I go 2 patties and it was the size of a softball. Super casual atmosphere. Good parking!
Burger Factory is EASILY a top 5 fast food burger joint in Phoenix. Not only that, they have way more than burgers. If you like a good burger and haven't eaten here yet, you're doing yourself a disservice.
