PERMANENTLY CLOSED as of today 6/26. Absolutely devastated. 😢 Been coming here for years! They had my order memorized! The food was amazing (specifically their burger and fries).

This restaurant always has their A game on. Meaning they are great workers/cooks cuz everything is always clean there and their food is delicious. I have been there 7-9 times in the past few weeks and ordered five diff items and each one was delicious. This place can afford to be open only 6a.m.-3p.m.-- a good sign of how well that restaurant does. I plan to frequent Burger Factory weekly.

I drive by this place at least 20 times a day... the drive thru line is always packed out! I decided to give it a try. Sourdough Burger with fries and a root beer! Burger size is large! They cut it in half for you which is awesome! Fries... yeah... I ordered a small and I got nearly half a bag of them... portions are massive! Burger was fantastic. And the staff were super friendly!!!! I was impressed!

I go here 2 to 3 times a week. They are blessed with 2 great hard working chefs. I personally love the 3 breakfast meals they have for $5.99. I always get a Carne Asada burrito. Or the Number 1 breakfast special.. Comes with 2 eggs, toast, bacon or sauage, & hash browns for just $5.99. Great deal, for AMAZING food. Also there is never a huge wait, which is crazy for how fresh the food is.

Burger Factory is EASILY a top 5 fast food burger joint in Phoenix. Not only that, they have way more than burgers. If you like a good burger and haven't eaten here yet, you're doing yourself a disservice.

I wanted to order an omelette, but they stopped serving breaky at a certain time. Not an all day breakfast menu. It was pretty tasty. I had a lettuce wrapped burger, and the Hubs had a burger and fries. Customer service was fine. Lots to choose from on the menu board. Picks up around lunch time. Their hours are changing, and they will no longer be opened past 1500.
