I'll be honest, I've never been a big Chipotle fan...until going to this one in happy valley, it wasn't necessarily because of the food but the staff there were the most personable and friendly and caring staff I've ever experienced in any restaurant in my life!! They went above and beyond for me, especially the young lady working the cash register, its very inspiring to see people care that much about their work and take pride in what they do, especially in these times. It doesn't matter where one works or what someone does we should always try to do the best job we can. Thanks Chipotle

So, I’ve been to many chipotle places and they’ve always been great. This is the first time I’ve ordered at this location and WOW! My bowl has barely any lettuce (I’m pretty sure I can count only 6 pieces of lettuce in this bowl lol. Also, where’s the cheese? It’s just a splash of cheese on there. Not to mention they smothered it in sour cream which I said lightly on my app order. Barely any beans as well. I’ll let the picture speak for itself.

The food is just as good as any Chipotle, but they send to be understaffed or just unable to keep up with the line that begins to form. Everyone is very friendly, just takes a long time to be able to order and pay.

I normally love Chipotle! However I've noticed the last couple times I've gone that they apparently think they can save money by being skimpy on lettuce. Really the lettuce is probably one of the cheaper food cost I would think. I always get the steak salad and as you can see by this picture I think there was more steak than lettuce. I love me some steak so more steak then salad is fine however it's not really a salad if that is the case.

Pretty solid spot, they have added some unique agua frescas to their drink diversity. The only thing that bothered me was the way the suburban white girl taking my order said "carnitas" lol.

Unfortunately, my Significant other and I had to start coming in. After several deliveries, to ordering for pick up... Our orders were still not correct and cold. Thought the experience would be better in person. Nope! The structure of the employees is poorly managed, service is slow as we watched people ahead of us give up in line and the food continued to be cold. Something needs to be fixed or this location will continue to decline. :(
