Been to this location a couple times this week because of appts nearby. Encountered a few different employees, all of which have been pleasant.
The gal this AM at the window was so nice. I had to wait for a min and she was making conversation about what I have going on today. It sounds so simple, but so many places aren't like that today and everyone who works at a Dutch Bros has always been friendly like this.
I would like if this location had the 2 lanes like many of the others for more space but the line at least moves quickly.
The morning crew here is amazing. Every single one of them are super positive and inspiring, and amazing at making the drinks. Love it here, come here at least once a day. Keep killin’ it guys… see you real soon!
I'm so happy that I live down the street from this Dutch Brothers. Incredibly friendly and kind staff, and the drinks are a delicious treat. They do have sugar free options, just ask, and they'll help you out. :)
Wow, I was going to get the small frost for 3.50 for 2. Ended up being more than I thought so she recommended another drink that was at the price I was originally was thinking of. I got 2 small, she scanned the gift card and it ended up being 5 dollars so I asked if I could get one drink for the size up and she said that would fit my budget. Now I'm waiting for her to finish the drinks and she brings out 2 drinks, one being a medium and the other a small. The look of confusing on my face, she said " I put a little extra in" I thanked her and was on my way. That truly made my day.
Went really early in the AM and my friend had less on his gift card then he thought. I didnt have my wallet on me but it did not matter. The Employee who was helping us without hesitation used her own money. blew our minds. I was so dumbstruck i forgot to get her name so i can go back and thank her proper. She was so nice about it. I was thinking about getting her a giftcard to Starbuck's. LOL just kidding. Maybe Target cause its right across the street.
First time at Dutch Bros. The staff were really kind and patient as they explained the menu to me. They unfortunately don’t have anywhere inside to sit and I would have ate breakfast there if they had more of selection that just pastries. Regardless, the beverages with redbull are perfect and as an added bonus the music was a great choice as well!
Best day ever! When I received my drinks, one of them fell out of my car as I was heading back to work so I came back to ask if they could help me out and they did!! They Gave me another eclipse rebel with a smile. This is the best customer service I’ve had in a while😆 I believe her name is rose that made my day!

Update - ROSE is absolutely ahhhhmaaaaaazing!!! I was in tonight, and she went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, funny, and she created one of the best chai tea lattes I've ever had there. Thank you for having such an extraordinary barista and magic maker!!! I was lucky to have a quick dance at the window, too, hahaha. It was so much fun, and just what I needed after my day. She also made my dog a special cup of whipped cream with a doggie bone. Tail wagging at its finest. Rose....you are simply a shining star in this world ✨️
always has the best drinks any time of day. they are coffees and chai lattes are so delicious. Especially the fall. Drinks with pumpkin are so delicious.
I stopped by Dutch Bros Coffee for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their coffee and their friendly service. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and they made my drink exactly to my liking. The coffee itself was delicious and tasted very fresh. I also appreciated the variety of drink options and the fact that they have non-dairy milk alternatives. The location is convenient with plenty of parking available. Overall, I highly recommend Dutch Bros Coffee to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and exceptional customer service.
