waited an hour on an off peak period brightest legendary place. however once we finally ate we were slightly disappointed. the oh itself was amazing however the toppings did lack flavor and creativity. the sausage one was our favorite however the onion chunks were so large and definitely needed to be cut smaller, the Verde was too much arugula over a cheese pizza and could have definitely benefited from a crunchy or salty element. the staff was kind enough to give us also another pizza for free .

This is a must. Yes, we came after watching the Netflix show but whatever you see in the episode can’t really convey how good this pizza is.
I won’t write more about the pizza because it has been talked about more than enough but I do have a recommendation.
Whatever you do, don’t leave the place without trying the Flourless chocolate cake. It is absolutely spectacular! You won’t regret it.
Come with enough time to spare. You might have to wait for up to 2 hours!

Wow. Best pizza I had. The dough is magical. Was worth the wait.
Cant wait to come back. And even my son said it is the best Pizza he ever had.

Did not disappointed. Overall five stars. Now let’s break it down. When it comes to the wait time… be ready to wait at least an hour on the weekends. Don’t show up and they tell you oh it’s an hour 30 min and he surprised. Moving on to the food! Great taste overall, would I give it a 10? No, but I do give it a 9.2, I would put it up there with Lucali and John’s if you’re familiar with New York locations you know what I’m talking about. The crust was perfect, the sauce was delicious, the cheese was great! The service was great! The workers treated us so nicely and often check on you! Location, beautiful little spot, love that they have the bar next door for people that are waiting and you have some shops and the science center next door also if you wanna go do that while you wait. Parking wasn’t bad, it was 10 dollar valet parking, the guy was super nice. Overall amazing place and great food! Can’t go wrong!

Like everybody else, I had seen the Netflix special and put this on my list if I ever got to Phoenix. Well, this week I did and we ate there and it was everything you would expect.
The thing we did not have was a wait, surprisingly. We expected a 1 to 2 hour wait, given everybody else's reviews, but waited five minutes. I had just been handed my beer by the bartender, when I was texted that the table was ready.
We ordered a salad, which was plenty large enough to share for 2 people and two pizzas. The pizzas are not large, but we ended up taking about 1/2 a pizza home since we were full. They initially brought some fresh baked bread and olive oil to snack on.
The pace of service was great, and everyone was friendly from the valet parker to the host to the waitress and the busser.
We were staying in Scottsdale so it was a little bit of a drive, but it was definitely worth it. We would definitely eat here again if we were back in the Phoenix area.

The pizza definitely lived up to the lofty expectations, the fresh ingredients were so apparent and made a world of difference in the flavor, it's almost as if they were crushing the Roma tomatoes by hand in the kitchen. Even the red pepper flakes were fresh, they were potent. The moisture from the tomatoes did make the pizza a little soggy in the middle, but that didn't ruin the experience. We really enjoyed the bread and olive oil appetizer, but the bread was cold and we would have liked it warmed a bit. The atmosphere was bustling and the excitement was palpable, although it's a little cramped and there isn't much room on the tables if you're getting multiple pies. The service was excellent all around. It was a terrific experience and well worth the wait.

The antipasto was amazing. The grilled vegetables was sweet and delicious. The mozzarella salad was great.
The pizza was a letdown. My guess is because it didn’t come to the table fresh, hot, and out of the oven.
The crust was chewy which I really like. The topping was good.

Even before their appearance on Netflix I have been a fan of Pizzeria Bianco and always wanted to visit and fortunately I was able to! The place is small and busy but well worth the wait! A great place that deserves all the accolades. We basically ordered everything and shared and enjoyed every as well as their selection on beer as we waited. Staff was amazing and made our experience great!

Fantastic pizza, the ambiance was great, and the servers were awesome!
My one issue was that they had anchovies on the menu but ran out of them in the kitchen, as well as pepperoni. They gave a package of cookies as an apology though.
The food tasted great without them though.

You can expect a 2 hour minimum wait but it wasn’t too bad. We went next door for drinks and appetizers (bread and salami).
The pizza is very good. I think we may have gotten in on a night when the oven was a little too hot. Pretty much every pizza was slightly over charred at the edge to. I like a good char on pizza but this was a little too far.
You only get 1 opportunity to at the beginning so you have to order everything at once. Luckily the pizza takes a little while to come out so you have time to enjoy salads. We had the fresh mozzarella salad (mozzarella, roasted peppers, EVOO, basil, salt and pepper). It was outstanding and I highly recommend it.
Pizzas we tried: margarita, sonny boy and wise guy.
Margarita was great, the sauce is excellent.
Sonny boy was very good also.
Wise guy had a bunch of ingredients that I though would be great but I feel like they didn’t go well together.
